The luxurious hotel is built in a modern style and is located directly on the steeply sloping pebble/sand beach of Karaburun. Various shopping and entertainment venues are available nearby. By taxi or public minibus, you can reach Alanya, approx. 33 km away, as well as Side, approx. 27 km away, and Manavgat, 24 km away. The international airport of Antalya is approximately 90 km away.

The 290 rooms are distributed over six floors (four elevators available) within the interestingly designed building. The hotel offers a spacious lobby with reception and lobby bar, Wi-Fi is included throughout the property, a buffet restaurant with terrace area, various à la carte restaurants (by reservation and subject to availability, once per stay included), various bars, a nightclub, satellite TV room, games hall, as well as an indoor pool. Shops and a hairdresser are available for an extra charge. In the beautiful garden area, you will find a nicely landscaped freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool (children's pool is heated in April and May). Furthermore, there is a pool with five water slides (open at specific times) and the pool/snack bar as well as an amphitheater for evening events. Umbrellas, sun loungers, cushions, and bath towels are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach.
