Location

This chic hotel is located on the wide pebble and sand beach of Karaburun. The town of Alanya is approximately 35 km to the east, and Manavgat is about 30 km to the west. Taxis and public minibus connections are available in both directions.

The cozy holiday hotel consists of a three-story main building and several three- to five-story outbuildings, offering a total of 273 rooms. In the main building, guests have access to the reception area with seating, and a lounge with a TV corner. Wi-Fi is included here. The hotel also features a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace. The well-maintained, spacious garden area includes three freshwater swimming pools with separate children's pools, two pool bars, a water slide (seasonal), sun terrace, lawn, and the entertainment stage for evening shows. There is a beach bar with a partially covered seating terrace. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are included for our guests here and at the swimming pools. Beach towels are provided free of charge upon deposit. The hotel has many stairs but is also equipped with numerous ramps.

Accommodation

Double Room

The friendly furnished rooms offer two single beds or one double bed and a sofa bed, and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, mini-fridge, safety deposit box, telephone, satellite TV with music channel, and a balcony or terrace. These rooms are located in Block D and are only accessible via stairs (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Super Saver Room

Identical to the Double Rooms, but located in a less desirable area. These rooms are also located in Block D and are only accessible via stairs (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE).

Double Room Superior

These rooms are slightly more spacious and, in addition to the same amenities as the Double Rooms, feature a double bed, a single bed, and a fold-out sofa for the 4th person, with a garden view (DSU). From Summer 26 onwards, also bookable as a double room for single use (DSE).

Superior Room Type B (Summer 25)

Identical to the large Superior Double Rooms, but at a slightly lower price for a maximum occupancy of 2+1 (maximum child age is 12 years) (DSB). From Summer 25 onwards, also bookable as a double room for single use (DSE).

Family Room

With the same amenities, these rooms consist of two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and the second with two single beds) with a connecting door and one bathroom (DF2).

Large Double Room

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms, these are slightly more spacious, featuring a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed for the fourth person (D2X). From Summer 25 onwards, also bookable as a saver room with more favorable conditions (SSX). (Also bookable under AYTC63 with D2X/SZB.)

With similar amenities to the Family Rooms, these feature two double beds, a single bed, and a sofa (2FA).

Family Room Comfort (AYTC63)

With otherwise identical amenities to the Family Rooms, these are slightly more spacious (2FB).

Spacious buffet area with diverse dishes, modern buffet stations, and bright lighting.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, snacks at the beach bar during lunchtime, afternoon snacks, coffee/tea and cake, and a midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 a.m. to midnight at different bars. Your mini-fridge will be stocked daily with one 0.5-liter bottle of water per person. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
