Your hotel is located in the Incekum-Avsallar district, right on the sandy beach. The city of Alanya is approximately 23 km away, and numerous shopping opportunities can be found in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, about 2 km away in Avsallar. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

This holiday destination offers a total of 355 rooms spread across seven floors. The many amenities for carefree holiday days include a spacious lobby with reception, lifts, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar. Furthermore, there is a main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (some for a fee and by reservation), several bars, and a disco. Various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), conference rooms, and a beautiful wellness area with an indoor pool (open during the winter season) are available. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area. In the well-kept garden, you will find a large freshwater swimming pool with three water slides (open by the hour), an adult pool, a separate children's pool with a slide, sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the beach.

Double room

The rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, LCD/LED TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, balcony, and land view (D). Rooms with sea view or side sea view are available for an extra charge (DMS/DM). Double room for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Superior double room

These rooms offer the same features as the standard double rooms but with a different design. Maximum occupancy 2+0 (DSU).

Family room

Consisting of two rooms with a connecting door and facing the land side, with otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms (DF2).

Swim-up family room

Designed in a maisonette style, these rooms feature a partially open shower/WC, hairdryer, electric kettle, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning, minibar, LCD/LED TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, balcony or terrace, and direct pool access (FSU). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
For this reason, Schauinsland-Reisen maintains a minimum age of 6 years for children in these room types for safety reasons.

Super saver room

Identical to the double rooms, but in a less preferred location and without a balcony (SOZ).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from a rich buffet, late-riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, patisserie, ice cream hour, as well as a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is stocked with water, mineral water, coffee, and tea upon arrival and is refilled once daily.
