The hotel is located directly on the pebble/sand beach in Avsallar. Numerous shopping and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The center of Alanya is about 25 km away, Antalya Airport about 95 km, and Gazipasa Airport about 65 km.

The complex consists of a six-story main building with elevators and seven three-story outbuildings with a total of 124 rooms. Facilities include a lobby with comfortable seating areas, reception, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area. The hotel also offers a buffet restaurant with a terrace and various bars. There are also several shops, a hairdresser (both for a fee), and a wellness area. In the outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, mattresses, and bath towels are included.
