Location

The Deluxe Hotel is located directly on the hotel's own sand/pebble beach. The center of Avsallar with numerous shopping opportunities is only a few minutes' walk away. You can reach Alanya with its well-known nightlife after approx. 22 km. Taxis and public transport are in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

The resort hotel, built on an area of approx. 12,000 m², has a total of 365 rooms spread across a seven-story building. Facilities include a lobby with reception and comfortable seating, elevators, a reading corner, and a lobby bar; Wi-Fi is included in the hotel area. A buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, an à la carte restaurant (included with a minimum stay of 7 days), a patisserie, a lounge, conference rooms, a disco, and an indoor pool with an integrated children's pool (heated seasonally). Shops and hairdresser for a fee. The outdoor area features a freshwater pool landscape with 4 water slides, a children's pool, sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar. The children's pool and water slides are heated from April to mid-May and in October. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels are included on the beach with a beach/snackbar.

Deluxe Double Room

The stylishly furnished rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individual), minibar, safe, LED satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), laminate flooring, and a balcony facing the land side (DD2). Direct sea view (DDM) and side sea view (DDS) or direct sea view (2DM) can be booked at an additional charge. Double room for single use (DD1). Direct sea view (DM1) and side sea view (SDD/EDD) can also be booked for single use.

Family Room

With similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, they consist of two separate bedrooms with an interconnecting door, a shower/WC, a desk, a sofa, and an LED satellite TV each (DF2). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (F2M).

Superior Room

With similar amenities to the Deluxe Rooms, they are approx. 58 m² in size and have a double bed and a jacuzzi on the terrace for a maximum occupancy of 2 people (DSU).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, snacks throughout the day, afternoon coffee/tea, cake, and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day (from April to September). The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival. It is then refilled daily with mineral and still water as needed.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Freshly squeezed fruit juices and cocktails. Additional dinners in the à la carte restaurants (with prior reservation).
