Location

The well-known holiday residence is located directly on the gently sloping sandy beach of Avsallar; the town center can be reached in just a few minutes' walk. Alanya, with its historical sights and many entertainment options, is about 22 km away; public minibus connections are available.
The hotel can also be booked with arrival at Gazipasa (GZP) airport; the distance is 66 km. Antalya Airport is approx. 100 km away.

This holiday residence with an international clientele offers 264 rooms, which are distributed across two main buildings on the beach and an annex building on the other side of the street (an underpass is available), each with five floors (elevator available). There is an elegant lobby with a panoramic window, elevators, reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area (available for a fee in rooms). Further amenities in the main building include the main restaurant with a terrace and sea view (weather permitting), an à la carte restaurant (from May to October, 1 x per stay with prior reservation), additional bars, chic shops (for a fee), a modern indoor pool (heatable in winter), and a wellness area. A room is available for guests for late check-out. There is a swimming pool located above the sea with panoramic sea views, a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are free of charge here and on the beach.

DR=SR for single use (DE).

Double Room side sea view

Same amenities as the double rooms in the annex, but slightly more elegant with a shower/WC, air conditioning (central), and a side sea view from the balcony; they have tiled or laminate flooring (DMS/DES). This room can be booked with land and sea view for an extra charge (Double Room Type A) (DA/DEA). Room (Double Room Type B) with direct sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DB). DR=SR for single use (DEB). These rooms are located in the main building A or B.
(Under AYT830, the DR=SR with direct sea view can be booked under DEM; these are located in the main building A or B and are equipped with a balcony).

Double Room without balcony

The rooms without a balcony are located in the main building and are equipped with a shower/WC, laminate or tiled flooring, and centrally controlled air conditioning. The room also features a direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with a music channel, a minibar, and a rental safe. DR=SR for single use (DO/DEO), maximum occupancy 2 people.

Double Room Annex (Summer)

The modern rooms are located in the annex on the other side of the street, which can be reached via a hotel-owned underpass, and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individual), satellite TV with music channel, minibar, rental safe, laminate flooring, and a terrace or balcony on the lower floors (DNH). DR=SR for single use (ENH).

Family Room sea view (Summer)

With similar amenities to the double rooms in the main building, they feature two bedrooms with a connecting door, balcony or terrace, and a sea view (F2M).

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch and dinner from the buffet, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, Gözleme and ice cream hour (May to October), as well as midnight soup. Optionally, you can dine once per stay in the à la carte restaurant by prior reservation (weather permitting, May to October). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included between 10:00 AM and 12:00 AM at the currently open bars. Upon arrival, your minibar is filled with still water and soft drinks; the soft drinks are replenished twice a week.
