Location

The holiday resort is located approx. 250 m from the hotel's private beach section, which is easily accessible via a footpath. The centre of the Avsallar district is about 500 m away, and Alanya is approximately 22 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available on the nearby main road.
The hotel can also be booked with the destination airport Gazipasa (GZP); the distance is 66 km, while Antalya Airport is approx. 90 km away.

The modern hotel complex, with a total of 575 rooms, consists of four five-storey buildings. Various amenities include a spacious lobby with reception and comfortable seating, a lobby bar, lifts in each building, a buffet restaurant with terrace, two à la carte restaurants (included once per stay from May to October with prior reservation), and other bars. Various shops (each for a fee) and a satellite TV corner. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area. In the well-kept, beautifully landscaped outdoor area, you will find the pool landscape with three freshwater swimming pools (one is heated in the pre- and post-season depending on the weather and cooled if necessary), a separate children's pool, and another pool with three water slides (open at certain hours), as well as sun terraces and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and pool towels are included here and at the hotel's private beach section (beach bar with soft drinks and beer).

Accommodation

Double Room

The modern rooms, decorated in bright colours, are equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, mini-fridge, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DM). Pool view can be booked at an additional cost (PD).

Super Saver Room

These are identical to the double rooms but in a less preferred location (SSZ).

Family Room

These consist of a combined living/bedroom with two single beds and a separate bedroom with a double bed connected by a door, featuring otherwise similar equipment to the double rooms (DF2).

Double Room Swim-Up

With similar equipment to the double rooms, these feature a terrace with two loungers and have direct access to the pool (SWD). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Suite

The approximately 35 m² rooms have a double bed and a single bed and feature similar equipment elements as the double rooms with a French balcony (SA). Rooms with a balcony can be booked (S2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks by the pool and beach during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. At the beach bar, you can get still water, beer, juice concentrates, coffee, and tea, as well as soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
