Located directly on the sea on two bays (one bay with an adults-only area for guests aged 18 and over, the second bay for all guests) with private sandy beaches, approximately 1.5 km from Özdere with various shopping and entertainment facilities, approx. 35 km from Kusadasi and approx. 50 km from Izmir Airport.

The hotel covers an area of approx. 160,000 m² and has 342 rooms. Amenities include an elegant reception hall with a lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (usable from 18 years of age, for a fee, with the option to dine once per stay in one of the specialty restaurants with a minimum stay of six nights, subject to availability and prior reservation, free of charge), various bars, shops, conference rooms, and the attractive MAR Spa area (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in some areas of the complex and in the rooms. The extensive garden area features two large freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces, a separate children's pool with water slides, a spray/fresh park, a water park with five water slides, and another pool with seven water slides (operates on an hourly basis and with age and height restrictions). Sun loungers, cushions, beach towels, and umbrellas are available free of charge at the pool and beach areas.

Accommodation

Comfort Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms with a king-size or twin bed are located in the main building with garden view. They feature a shower/WC, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, minibar, coffee/tea setup, flat-screen satellite TV, seating area with sofa, safe, air conditioning (central and weather-dependent), tiled floor, and a balcony (DKO). Double room for single occupancy (DKE).

Bungalow Type A

The slightly more spacious bungalow rooms have a king-size bed and otherwise feature the same amenities as the Comfort Double Rooms. They are located in the bungalow area with a garden view (B2A). Rooms with a partial sea view can be booked at an additional charge (B2B).

Premium Garden View (18+ Years)

With the same amenities and location as the Bungalow Rooms (Type A), this room type is only bookable for guests aged 18 and over. Includes welcome with Marvy special drink, private Marvy customer service (from 8 AM to 10 PM), turndown service (7 PM to 10 PM), and breakfast in the Değirmen Restaurant (GP2). Double room for single occupancy (GP1). Partial sea view bookable at an extra charge (MSP).

Family Room Type A

Family rooms are located in the bungalow area and can accommodate up to three adults and one child. With amenities similar to the Comfort Double Rooms without a seating area, these rooms feature a king-size bed and two single beds, separated by a wall and an open passage. Some have a sea view (2FA).

Junior Suite

The spacious Junior Suites offer a bedroom with a king-size bed and a living area with a seating area, with amenities and location (main building) similar to the Comfort Double Rooms, and have a partial sea view (JS2).

Family Room

Located in the main building, these rooms have amenities similar to the Comfort Double Rooms, consisting of two bedrooms with an interconnecting door. One room is equipped with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, each room has its own bathroom (DF2).

Premium Family Room

With amenities otherwise identical to the Family Rooms (2 rooms with 2 bathrooms and connecting door), these rooms are located in the bungalow building with a garden view and are significantly more spacious (PF2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets. Also late risers' breakfast and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with beer, soft drinks, and water.

Premium imported beverages.

Sports included

Three quartz tennis courts during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, aerobics, gymnastics, dance activities, yoga, water aerobics, modern fitness room, mini golf.

Sports for a fee

Tennis with floodlights and tennis lessons, as well as tennis equipment. Additionally, 2 padel courts are available. Use is by reservation.

Children's program

Hourly kids' club for children aged 4 to 12, mini disco, children's cinema and shows, and a teen club for youngsters aged 13 to 17.
