The hotel spans an area of approx. 160,000 m² and features 342 rooms. Amenities include an elegant lobby with a lobby bar, a main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (accessible to guests 18+, for a fee; guests may dine in one of the specialty restaurants once per stay free of charge for minimum stays of six nights, subject to availability and reservation), various bars, shops, conference rooms, and the attractive MAR Spa area (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in some areas of the property and in the rooms. The extensive garden area features two large freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces, a separate children's pool with slides, a spray/fresh park, an aquapark with five water slides, and another pool with seven water slides (in operation hourly, subject to age and height restrictions). Sun loungers, cushions, pool towels, and parasols are provided free of charge at the pool and beach area.

Accommodation

Comfort Double Room

These comfortably furnished rooms feature king or twin beds and are located in the main building with garden views. They include a shower/WC, vanity mirror, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, minibar, coffee/tea setup, flat-screen satellite TV, seating area with sofa, safe, air conditioning (central and weather-dependent), tile floor, and balcony (DKO). Double Room = Single Room for single occupancy (DKE).

Bungalow Type A

The slightly more spacious bungalow rooms offer the same features as the comfort double rooms and are equipped with a king bed. They are located in the bungalow area with garden views (B2A). Rooms with partial sea view are available for an extra charge (B2B).

Premium Garden Side (18+ years)

With the same features and location as the bungalow rooms (Type A), this room type is exclusively for guests 18 and older. Includes a Marvy specialty drink upon arrival, private Marvy guest relations (8 AM - 12 AM), turndown service (7 PM - 10 PM), and breakfast at the Değirmen restaurant (GP2). Double Room = Single Room for single occupancy (GP1). Partial sea view available for an extra charge (MSP).

Family Room Type A

Family rooms are located in the bungalow area and accommodate up to three adults and one child. With similar features to the comfort double rooms but without a seating area, these rooms have one king bed and two single beds, separated by a wall and an open doorway. Partly with sea view (2FA).

Junior Suite

Spacious junior suites in the main building offering similar features to the comfort double rooms, consisting of a bedroom with a king bed, a living area with seating, and a partial sea view (JS2).

Family Room

Located in the main building, these rooms feature similar amenities to the comfort double rooms and consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door. One room has a king bed, the other has two single beds. Each room also features its own private bathroom (DF2).

Premium Family Room

With the same layout as the family rooms (2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a connecting door), these rooms are located in the bungalow building with garden views and are significantly more spacious (PF2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets. Includes late riser breakfast and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is restocked daily with beer, soft drinks, and water.

Premium imported drinks.

Sports included

Three quartz tennis courts during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, aerobics, gymnastics, dance activities, yoga, aqua aerobics, modern gym, minigolf.

Sports for a fee

Tennis with floodlights, tennis lessons, and tennis equipment. Additionally, 2 padel courts are available. Use is subject to reservation.

Children's program
