Located directly on the sea at two bays (one bay with an area for adults aged 18 and over, the second bay for all guests) with hotel-owned sandy beaches, approx. 1.5 km from Özdere with several shopping and entertainment options, approx. 35 km from Kusadasi and approx. 50 km from Izmir Airport.

The hotel covers an area of approx. 160,000 m² and has 342 rooms. Amenities include an elegant lobby with a lobby bar, a main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (accessible to guests aged 18+, for a fee, optional free dining once per stay in one of the specialty restaurants for a minimum stay of six nights, subject to availability and with prior reservation), various bars, shops, conference rooms, and the appealing MAR Spa area (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in some areas of the resort and in the rooms. The spacious gardens feature two large freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces, a separate children's pool with children's slides, a spray/fresh park, an aquapark with five water slides, and another pool with seven water slides (operated hourly and subject to age and height restrictions). Sun loungers, cushions, bath towels, and parasols are available free of charge at the pool and beach area.

Accommodation

Comfort Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms with a king-size or twin bed are located in the main building with a view of the garden. They feature a shower/WC, makeup mirror, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, minibar, coffee/tea set-up, flat-screen satellite TV, seating area with sofa, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), tile floor, and balcony (DKO). Double Room = Single room for single occupancy (DKE).

Bungalow Type A

The slightly more spacious bungalow rooms are equipped with a king-size bed and otherwise have the same amenities as the Comfort Double Rooms. They are located in the bungalow area with a view of the garden (B2A). Rooms with side sea view available at an extra charge (B2B).

Premium Garden Side (18+ years)

With the same amenities and location as the bungalow rooms (Type A), this room type is only available for guests aged 18 and over. Includes reception with Marvy special drink, private Marvy customer service (from 8 am to midnight), turndown service (7 pm to 10 pm), and breakfast at the Değirmen restaurant (GP2). Double Room = Single room for single occupancy (GP1). Rooms with partial sea view can be booked for an extra charge (MSP).

Family Room Type A

The family rooms are located in the bungalow area and can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child. With similar amenities to the Comfort Double Rooms but without a seating area, these rooms feature a king-size bed and two single beds, separated by a wall and an open passage. Partly with sea view (2FA).

Junior Suite

The spacious junior suites offer you similar amenities and location (main building) as the Comfort Double Rooms, including a bedroom with a king-size bed and a living area with a seating area, as well as a side sea view (JS2).

Family Room

Located in the main building, these rooms have similar amenities to the Comfort Double Rooms and consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door. One room is equipped with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds. Each room also has its own bathroom (DF2).

Premium Family Room

With the same amenities as the family rooms (2 rooms with 2 bathrooms and a connecting door), these rooms are located in the bungalow building with a view of the garden and are significantly more spacious (PF2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, lunch, and dinner from rich buffets. Also includes late riser breakfast and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is restocked daily with beer, soft drinks, and water.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Premium imported drinks.

Sports included

Three quartz tennis courts during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, aerobics, gymnastics, dance activities, yoga, water gymnastics, modern fitness room, mini golf.

Sports for a fee

Tennis with floodlights and tennis lessons, as well as tennis equipment. Additionally, there are 2 padel courts available. Use is subject to reservation.

Children's program

Miniclub (hourly) for children from 4 to 12 years old, mini disco, children's cinema, and children's show, as well as Youngster Club for teenagers from 13 to 17 years old.
