Location

The resort is located directly on the wide sandy beach of Özdere. The distance to the famous ancient city of Ephesus is approx. 35 km and to Kusadasi about 35 km, Özdere is 3 km away. Public minibus and taxi connections are available near the hotel.

The resort, with a total area of approx. 93,000 sq m, consists of a main building and several outbuildings. Guest amenities include an elegant reception hall with a reception, lobby bar, comfortable seating areas, and elevators. Wi-Fi is included in the main areas and rooms. Furthermore, the hotel offers a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (free once per stay for stays of 7 days or more), several bars, a discotheque, and, for a fee, conference rooms, shops, and a hairdresser. The indoor pool, open from 1.4-15.5 and 15.9-31.10, is not heated. In the extensive garden area, there are large freshwater swimming pools, a Mini Paradise Aquapark (weather permitting from 15.4-15.10) and an Aquapark (weather permitting from 15.5-30.9, suitable for guests at least 120 cm tall) as well as a sun terrace and pool bar. Here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar, sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and bath towels (for a deposit) are available free of charge.

Accommodation

Club Room

Club Double rooms are approx. 30 sq m, located on the ground floor, and feature a bedroom with a French bed and a bunk bed for children (for 2+2 occupancy) or a sofa bed (for 2+1 occupancy), shower/WC, hairdryer, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, LCD satellite TV, air conditioning (individually controlled), direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi, laminate flooring, and a terrace (CD).

Double Room

With otherwise identical facilities to the Club rooms, these rooms are located in the main building, are approx. 31 sq m, and offer air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather-dependent, and at certain hours). They consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, and an extendable armchair (95x195 cm). In this room category, the minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival (DD2). Rooms with direct sea view are available for a fee (DDM).
(Also bookable under ADBA42 as Single Deluxe Room (1DD) or Double Room = Single Deluxe Sea View (DM1)).

Club Family Room

With otherwise identical facilities to the Club rooms, these rooms consist of two bedrooms (approx. 48 sq m) with a connecting door and land view. One bedroom has a French bed and a sofa bed, and the second room has two extendable armchairs, a shower/WC, a balcony, and a land view (2FA). Rooms with side sea view (2FB) or direct sea view (2FC) can be booked for an additional charge.

Club Suite Sea View

These rooms have a living room and bedroom with a French bed, a balcony with a sea view, and are approx. 48 sq m. Otherwise, the facilities are similar to the Club rooms (CSL).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast (no hot dishes), lunch, and dinner buffet style, various snack options throughout the day, coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream at certain times (1.5-30.9), as well as a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served from 10 AM to 12 AM at the open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with water.

Not included in All Inclusive

Drinks in the discotheque and "Coffeum" bar, Turkish coffee.

From May 1st, step aerobics, darts, table tennis, beach volleyball, water aerobics, badminton, mini golf, archery, tennis, canoe-paddle boat, and fitness center.
