The hotel is located in Kusadasi, approx. 200 m from the public sandy/pebble beach (beach shoes recommended). Several shops and the marina are in the immediate vicinity. The town center is within walking distance.

The small hotel has 72 rooms. The interior includes a lobby with reception, lobby bar, and TV room. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Facilities also include a restaurant (à la carte – charge applies/weather permitting) with air conditioning and a terrace. The pool area includes a seasonal outdoor pool and a pool bar (seasonal). Guests can also relax in the hotel's garden. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool. Beach towels are included twice a week per person. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and mattresses are available for a fee on the public beach.
