Location

The holiday complex is situated on a terraced hillside in Kusadasi-Pamucak Bay, where you can swim from the platform entrances between the sandy beach and the sea. The center of Kusadasi with numerous entertainment options is about 9 km away. Good public minibus connections are available.

The hotel consists of a main building with 8 floors (elevators available) and several bungalows in a typical local style, each with 2 to 3 floors, offering a total of 352 rooms. Further facilities of the holiday complex include an elegant lobby with a reception and lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various specialty restaurants (included once a week with a minimum stay of 7 days, reservation required and subject to availability), and several bars and a wine house. A heated indoor pool (seasonal and closed from May to September due to weather) and a modern wellness area. Wi-Fi is free throughout the entire complex. In the spacious garden area, guests have access to a stage for evening entertainment, a pool landscape with four swimming pools, one of which is a relaxation pool, and two more water slide pools (one for adults with three slides and another for children with a water slide park, weather-dependent from May to September), as well as various sun terraces and a pool/snackbar. Sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels (against deposit) are included by the pool and at the beach with a beach bar.

Accommodation

Double Room (Bungalow)

The rooms, approximately 25 sqm, are located in the bungalow area and are modernly furnished. They feature a double bed and a single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning (centrally controlled and timed), minibar (stocked with water), electric kettle for coffee and tea preparation, safe, direct dial telephone, ceramic or tiled floor, and a balcony (D). Double room for single occupancy (DE).

Superior Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms are located in the main building and have a sea view (DMU). Double room for single occupancy (DME).

Family Room (Bungalow)

With otherwise identical features and location as the bungalow double rooms, these consist of two rooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the other room has two single beds or a bunk bed (allocation at the hotel's discretion). There is a door separating the two sleeping areas (DF2).

Superior Family Room (Bungalow)

With otherwise identical amenities and location as the bungalow family rooms, these are more spacious (approx. 41 sqm) and feature two bedrooms with a connecting door and a living area (F2U).

Junior Suite

With otherwise similar amenities and location to the superior rooms, these are more spacious (approx. 32 sqm) and feature a bathroom/WC, a sofa bed for the 3rd person (JS2). Double room for single occupancy (JS1).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late riser breakfast, snacks at various stations throughout the day, ice cream hour, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the open bars from 10 AM to 12 AM. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
