The beach hotel is located directly on the private sandy beach of the holiday resort of Kusadasi. The nearest attraction, Ephesus, is approx. 35 km away, the airport is approx. 90 km away, and the nearest town, Kusadasi, is approx. 12 km away.

Consisting of a main building and an annex, the hotel features 240 rooms spread over five floors with two lifts. The interior includes a lobby with a reception, a lobby bar, and comfortable seating. Wi-Fi (in public areas). Facilities also include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, several bars, a conference room, a wellness area, and an indoor pool (available 15.6.–15.9., for ages 16 and up), as well as various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). The pool area includes a freshwater swimming pool, an aquapark with 3 waterslides, a snack bar, and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included at the beach (with beach bar) and at the pool.

Accommodation

Double room

The modernly furnished rooms are located in the annex and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV, minibar (replenished daily with fresh water), coffee/tea setup, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Deluxe room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and are located in the main building (DD2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DDM).

Double room with direct pool access

Located in the annex, these offer similar amenities to the double rooms with direct access to the private pool area. Bookable for guests 16 years and older (SWD).

Superior room

With the same location as the deluxe rooms, these are slightly more spacious and are located on the top floor with seating areas and sea view (DSM).

Family room

With the same amenities as the deluxe rooms, these feature a bedroom and a living room with two sofa beds and a connecting door (DF2). Partial sea view can be booked for an extra charge (FS2).

Breakfast, late-riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Snacks during the day, coffee/tea/ice cream and pastries in the afternoon, midnight snacks. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. at the respective open bars.
