Location

The holiday resort is located on a slope with a beautiful view of the bay. There is a free shuttle service to the hotel's own sandy beach during certain hours (from May 1st to October 31st). The town of Kusadasi, with its famous cruise ship and yacht harbor, is approximately 2 km away, and the ancient city of Ephesus is about 18 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available. The "Kusadasi International Golf Club" is about 15 km away. There is a paid shuttle service from the hotel to the golf course.

The modern complex covers 23,000 m² and comprises a total of 443 rooms spread across a main building with five floors and three annex buildings with up to eight floors (elevators available). The main building features a modern lobby with seating areas and a lobby bar, indoor pool, conference room, satellite TV corner. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel and in the rooms. Facilities also include a buffet restaurant with a terrace area, various à la carte restaurants (once included with reservations for stays of 7 nights), several bars. Some shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), and a wellness center. The outdoor area includes a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a water park for children and one for adults, and a relaxation pool. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are included here and at the beach bar (soft drinks and beer, as well as snacks).

Superior Room with Side Sea View

The bright and stylishly furnished rooms are located in the main building and feature a shower/toilet, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning (central, operates at certain hours), safe, Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea & coffee setup, laminate flooring, pull-out sofa, balcony, and side sea view (D2S). Double room for single use (1SD).

Junior Suite with Side Sea View (Summer)

With the same amenities as the Superior rooms, these are located in the annex building and feature an additional living/sleeping area, individually adjustable air conditioning, and a side sea view (J2S).

Family Suite with Side Sea View (Summer)

These spacious rooms in the annex building have the same amenities as the Superior rooms, but with a bath or shower/WC, two bedrooms with a connecting door, and a living/sleeping area with a side sea view (FSS).

Superior Room (Winter)

The bright and stylishly furnished rooms are located in the main building and feature a shower/toilet, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioning (central, operates at certain hours), safe, Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea & coffee setup, laminate flooring, pull-out sofa, balcony, and land view (DSU). Double room for single use (DSE)

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Late riser breakfast, coffee/tea with pastries and snacks, and ice cream in the afternoon (April 1st - October 31st). Once a week, you can dine in one of the à la carte restaurants (reservations required). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. Your minibar will be stocked with soft drinks upon arrival.

All Inclusive (Winter)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, coffee/tea with pastries and snacks in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 7 am to 12 am. The minibar in the rooms is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival.

Sports included

One hard tennis court with your own equipment (daytime only, no floodlights), fitness center, basketball, and table tennis.

Children's program

In summer, a kids' club for children aged 4 to 11 is available for several hours a day, as well as a playground.
