The well-known holiday hotel is situated on a slight slope, about 500 m from the hotel's own sand/pebble beach. In summer, a free shuttle service is available several times a day. You can easily reach the noteworthy center of Kusadasi, about 2 km away, by public minibus.

The holiday complex offers a total of 156 rooms spread over nine floors. A chic reception hall with reception, lifts, inviting seating areas and lounge area (Wi-Fi is included here and for a fee in the rooms. Laptops can also be rented for a fee depending on availability) and a lobby bar welcome all guests. The main restaurant and other bars cater for culinary delights. For carefree holidays, the hotel also offers a satellite TV room and conference rooms. Various shops, the hairdresser (each for a fee), a light-flooded indoor pool (open in winter) and the modern wellness area. In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a stage for evening entertainment, a spacious freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with two water slides (between 1 PM and 3 PM), a pool/snackbar, and sun terraces. Sun loungers, mattresses, parasols, and beach towels are free of charge here and at the beach section in summer.
