The manageable holiday accommodation is situated on a hill, approximately 250 m from the public sand/pebble beach. The lively center of Kusadasi with its well-known marina is about 800 m away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available nearby.

Built in Ottoman style, the hotel with only 45 rooms spread across three floors features a reception with inviting seating areas, a courtyard decorated with many tiles, the main restaurant with terrace and panoramic sea views, also in an Ottoman style, a bar, an impressive reading corner, and the wellness area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The well-maintained outdoor area includes a freshwater swimming pool with sea views, a separate children's pool, various sun terraces, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge here, and at the beach for a fee.

The rooms, decorated with great attention to detail, reflect the style of the entire hotel. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, a French bed or two single beds, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individual), minibar (for a fee), satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi, rental safe, laminate or tiled floor, and a balcony. Sea view can be booked at an additional charge. Double room = Single room for single use.
