Location

The holiday residence is located on a small, rocky promontory directly by the sea and features several swimming platforms that allow for easy entry into the water. The lively centre of Kuşadası is approximately 3 km away, and İzmir Airport is about 75 km away. Public minibuses and taxis are available on the main road.

Facilities

The attractive holiday hotel features a total of 194 rooms distributed across two main buildings with four to five floors, as well as several annex buildings with three floors each. Central facilities include the spacious lobby with reception, lifts, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace and beautiful sea view, various à-la-carte restaurants (for a fee), additional bars, a nightclub, Wi-Fi (free of charge), various shops (for a fee), and a modern wellness area. In the well-maintained garden area, in addition to the main pool with a separate children's pool, there is another pool with three water slides (operating at set times), sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar in the summer. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are available free of charge by the pool and at the hotel's own beach section, which features a bathing jetty and a beach bar. In addition, the hotel has another private sandy beach. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are also available there free of charge.

Double room

Decorated in clear colours, the rooms are located in the main building, are approx. 16–22 m² in size, and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi, centrally controlled air conditioning, safe, minibar, tea/coffee setup, interactive TV, marble flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with a direct sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM). DR = SR for single use (DE/DEM).

Junior suite sea view (ADBA20)

These are slightly more spacious, have a sea view, and offer additional seating (J2M).

Family room

With similar features to the double rooms, family rooms additionally offer a separate bedroom with a connecting door and two single beds. They offer a sea view (F2M).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, and a midnight snack. In addition, various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included around the clock at the respective open bars. Upon arrival, the minibar is filled once with soft drinks. Daily refilling is provided with water according to the number of people in the room. Wearing an all-inclusive wristband is mandatory.
