Location

The holiday hotel is located directly on its own pebble/sand bay with a bathing platform in the well-known holiday region of Kusadasi. Kusadasi town center with numerous entertainment options is about 3 km away. Regular minibus connections are available directly in front of the hotel.

The generously designed, fully air-conditioned comfort hotel has a total of 325 rooms on six floors (lifts available). Amenities include an elegant lobby, reception, cozy seating areas and lobby bar, the tastefully designed main restaurant with terrace, several bars, various à la carte restaurants (with reservation and subject to availability), patisserie, and the attractive wellness area. Wi-Fi is included in large parts of the complex. The spacious garden area features a pool landscape with a separate children's pool, pool snack bar, and sun terraces. Here, on the beach with a beach bar, and also on the bathing platform, sun loungers, mattresses, sun umbrellas, and beach towels (with towel card) are available free of charge.

Double room

The spacious rooms are tastefully furnished and have a bath/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), mini-fridge, telephone, LCD satellite TV (several German programs), safe, tiled floor, and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use with sea view (DE/DEM).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. One dinner per stay in one of the à la carte restaurants is included. The mini-fridge is filled with 0.5 l of still water and refilled as needed.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Other imported drinks and freshly squeezed fruit juices, as well as further visits to the à la carte restaurants.

Sport Included

Tennis during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, darts, aerobics, step, fitness room (from 18 years), and billiards.

Children's Program

During high season, multi-lingual mini club for children aged 4 to 12 for a few hours and a separate children's pool.
