Location

The stylish comfort hotel is located directly on a small pebble beach with a bathing jetty (only accessible via stairs in summer) and just approx. 500 m, via a small footpath, from the center of the tourist resort of Kusadasi. Public minibus and taxi connections are available directly in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The holiday residence features a total of 218 rooms across nine floors (six elevators available). Various amenities include the elegant lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, Wi-Fi is included here, the buffet restaurant with terrace and a great view of the sea (weather permitting), four bars (lobby bar open 24 hours), and an à-la-carte restaurant (seafood) available subject to availability and reservation for a fee. Conference room, club room, LCD satellite TV room, wellness and beauty center as well as the modern indoor pool with whirlpool and children's pool (heated in winter and subject to seasonality). Games room, several shops and hairdresser, each for a fee. Located on the seaside in the well-maintained outdoor area, there are two freshwater swimming pools in summer with integrated children's pool, whirlpool, and the sun terrace with pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, parasols, cushions, and beach towels (here and on the beach section) are free of charge.

Accommodation

Super Saver Room

These are equipped identically to the double rooms but without a balcony and face the sea side or offer sea view (at the hotelier's discretion) (SOZ). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (SOE).

Superior Room

These rooms are generally more spacious than the double rooms and feature shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually controlled), tea and coffee setup, hanger and iron, and face the land side (DSU). Side sea view (D2S) and sea view (DMU) are available at an extra charge. DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DSE/1SD/DME).
