Location

The stylish comfort hotel is situated directly on a small pebble beach with an offshore bathing jetty (accessible via stairs in summer only) and is only approx. 500 m, via a small footpath, from the centre of the tourist town of Kusadasi. Public minibus and taxi connections are available directly in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The holiday residence has a total of 218 rooms over nine floors (six elevators available). Various amenities include the elegant lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, Wi-Fi is included here, the buffet restaurant with terrace and a great view of the sea (subject to weather conditions), four bars (lobby bar open 24 hours), and an à-la-carte restaurant (seafood), subject to availability and with reservation for a fee. Conference room, club room, LCD satellite TV room, wellness and beauty center as well as a modern indoor pool with whirlpool and children's pool (heated in winter and subject to seasonal conditions). Games room, several shops, and a hairdresser, all for a fee. In the well-maintained garden area on the sea side, there are two freshwater swimming pools in summer with an integrated children's pool, whirlpool, and a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, sun umbrellas, cushions, and beach towels (here and on the beach section) are free of charge.

Accommodation

Super Saver Room

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, these are without a balcony and are on the sea side or have a sea view (at the discretion of the hotelier) (SOZ). DR=SR for single use (SOE).

Superior Room

The rooms are mostly more spacious than the double rooms, equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, laminate flooring, and air conditioning (individually adjustable), tea and coffee setup, iron and ironing board, on the land side (DSU). A side sea view (D2S) and sea view (DMU) are available at an extra charge. DR=SR for single use (DSE/1SD/DME).
