The resort is located directly on the gently sloping sandy beach, just approx. 12 km from the center of Kuşadası with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

This well-known comfort hotel with a pleasant atmosphere offers a twelve-story main building and four four-story annex buildings with a total of 450 rooms (elevators available). The hotel's various amenities include an elegant reception hall with a reception desk, a lobby bar and cozy seating areas with free Wi-Fi, the main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting) and sea view, various à la carte restaurants (once included with a minimum stay of 7 nights), further bars, a patisserie, and a nightclub. Conference rooms, several shops, a hairdresser, and a wellness center (each for a fee) as well as an indoor pool (closed approx. from June 1 to September 15) complete the offering.
In the well-kept garden area, there is the amphitheater for evening entertainment, a large freshwater swimming pool, a relaxation pool (for ages 16+), an activity pool, and another pool with water slides (seasonal operation), as well as a separate children's pool, also with water slides (seasonal operation). There is also a pool/snackbar and sun terraces (weather permitting). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels (against deposit) are available here and at the beach.

Double room

The spacious rooms are located in the main building and are tastefully furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individual), free Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, ceramic flooring, and a French balcony with side sea view (DMS). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DES).

Large double room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms, with a bunk bed, slightly more spacious, and without a side sea view (D2X).

Family room

The family rooms are located in the annex building in the garden area and have two bedrooms with a connecting door, individual air conditioning, a shower/WC, tiled and laminate flooring, and a pool view (DF2).

Family room swim-up

These rooms are located on the ground floor and are identical to the family rooms, with the additional feature of direct pool access. (Children under 8 years are not accepted) (2FA).

Super saver room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but in a less favorable location (SSZ).

Buffet-style breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner, children's buffet at dinner, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, patisserie, and midnight snack, Gözleme service, and ice cream. Once per week, you can dine in one of the à la carte restaurants, subject to availability and prior reservation (once included from a minimum stay of 7 nights). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included between 10:00 AM and 12:00 AM, and at the lobby bar 24/7, and in the nightclub until 2:00 AM. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and refilled daily with 1.5-liter water bottles.
