Location

The well-known and popular holiday resort is located in a beautiful bay directly on the hotel's own bathing plateau with sandy infill. The distance to the town of Kusadasi is approx. 5 km. Public minibus and taxi connections are available.

The holiday complex is H-shaped, built on a gently rising slope and has 333 residential units spread over eight floors (four lifts available). Various hotel facilities include a spacious, bright lobby with the relaxed atmosphere of a resort hotel, a reception and comfortable seating areas, a main restaurant with a terrace (seasonal), several à-la-carte restaurants (one meal included per stay), several bars, Wi-Fi is included in the lobby (in the rooms and public areas for a fee), conference rooms, a satellite TV room, a hairdresser, beauty center, shops, a mini-market (all for a fee) and a modern indoor pool. In the beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden, there are two freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, parasols, cushions, and bath towels are available to our guests free of charge here and at the beach with its bathing platform.

The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished with bath/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV with music channel, direct-dial telephone, minibar, rental safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operational by the hour), carpeted floor, and a balcony with side sea view (DMS). DR=SR for single use (DES).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the bars when open from 10:00 AM to midnight; in summer, 24 hours at one bar. Carrying an All Inclusive card is mandatory. From Summer '27, the minibar will be restocked daily with soft drinks and beer.
