Location

The Ömer Prime Holiday Resort is located directly on the sandy/pebbly beach of Kuşadasi, with numerous entertainment and shopping options in the immediate vicinity. The entire hotel complex was completely renovated in the winter of 2023/2024. The airport (ADB) is approximately 74 km away.

The resort hotel features 249 rooms distributed across a main building, an annex, and several one- to two-story row bungalows. Amenities include a reception, a main restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (open six days a week; one free visit for stays of 7 nights or more, otherwise for a service fee), and several bars. Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the hotel and in the rooms. A game hall, hairdresser, mini-market, and a well-equipped wellness area are all available for a fee. A heated indoor pool (not heated from May to October) is also at guests' disposal. In the garden area, there is a main pool with a separate children's section, a relax pool (for ages 16+), a slide pool with two water slides, and a children's pool with two water slides. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge here and at the beach; beach towels are available via a towel card system.

The comfortable rooms in the club section of the complex are equipped with one double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, satellite TV with music channel, split air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, minibar, and a balcony or terrace (CD). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (CDE).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the club rooms, these feature a second bedroom with two single beds and a connecting door (DF2). Optionally bookable with two bathrooms (CF2/Club Family Room).

Double Room Sea View

With similar amenities to the club double rooms, these are located in the main building and feature a sea view (DM). The sea view may be partially obstructed by trees. DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DEM).

Family Room Swim-Up

With similar amenities to the club family rooms, these are located in the main building and provide direct access to the communal pool (FSU). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen enforces a minimum age of 8 years for children when booking these room types.

With similar amenities to the club family rooms, these are located in the club building and provide direct access to the communal pool (SWD). Breakfast, late-riser breakfast, mini-breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the open buffet. Night buffet, as well as snacks and gözleme during the day, coffee and pastries at the patisserie, and ice cream. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as select imported drinks, are included at the bars when open. Baby food is available upon request. The minibar is stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival and replenished daily.
