Location

The Ömer Prime Holiday Resort is located directly on the private sand/pebble beach of Kuşadası, with many entertainment and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The entire hotel complex was completely renovated in the winter of 23/24. The airport (ADB) is approx. 74 km away.

The resort hotel has 249 rooms, distributed among a main building and several one- to two-story row bungalows. Amenities include a reception, a main restaurant and various à la carte restaurants (open six days a week, included once with reservation for stays of 5 nights or more) and several bars. Wi-Fi is free in the hotel area and in the rooms. Game Hall, hairdresser, mini-market and a well-equipped wellness area are available for a fee. A heated indoor pool (not heated from June 15 to September 15) is also available to guests. In the garden area, there is a main pool with a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool (for ages 16+), a waterslide pool with two water slides, a children's pool with two water slides, and a whirlpool. Umbrellas and loungers are free here and on the beach, bath towels are available for a bath towel card.

The comfortable rooms in the club section of the complex have a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, satellite TV with music channel, split air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, minibar, and balcony (CD). Double room = single room for single use (CDE).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the Club Rooms, these have a second bedroom with a connecting door (DF2).
Optionally bookable with two bathrooms (CF2/Club Family Room).

Double Room Sea View

With similar amenities to the Club Double Rooms, these are located in the main building and have a sea view (DM). The sea view may be partially obstructed by trees. Double room = single room for single use (DEM).

With similar amenities to the Club Family Rooms, these are located in club buildings and have direct access to the communal pool (SWD).

Double Room Garden View

With similar amenities to the Club Double Rooms, these are located in the main building. With a small contingent and more favorable conditions for families with children. The maximum occupancy is 2+2 (DG).

Family Room Swim-Up

With similar amenities to the Club Family Rooms, these are located in the main building and have direct access to the communal pool (FSU).

Double Room Superior Sea View

With similar amenities to the Double Rooms, these are located in the new building. The sea view is partially obstructed by trees (DMU). Double room = single room for single use (DME).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, mini breakfast, lunch and dinner from the open buffet. Night soup and various snacks and gözlem during the day, coffee and pastries in the patisserie, ice cream hour.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the open bars are included. Baby food on request.
The minibar is stocked with water upon arrival and refilled daily.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Further use of the à la carte restaurants, premium and imported alcoholic beverages.
