Location

The holiday resort is located directly on the beautiful sandy beach. The center of Kusadasi, with its many entertainment and shopping facilities, is about 9 km away. Regular public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

The popular mid-range hotel with a club atmosphere offers a total of 354 rooms spread across seven buildings, each with four floors (no elevators in any building). Central facilities include a stylish reception area with a seating area, inviting lounge, lobby bar, main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with prior reservation), several bars, a kiosk (for a fee), and a modern wellness area. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in large parts of the complex. In the beautifully landscaped garden area, you will find an amphitheater for evening shows, a spacious swimming pool area with a separate children's pool and an aquapark with several slides (operates seasonally), sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are free of charge here and on the hotel's private beach; mattresses and bath towels are available for a deposit.

Double Room

The functionally furnished double rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, mini-fridge, and balcony (D). Sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DM/DEM). Single use of double room (DE). From Summer 2026, for certain periods and quantities, it can be booked at more favorable conditions for garden view and single use (DEA) or sea view (AME).

Family Room

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms have a separate bedroom with a connecting door, an additional shower/WC, and a second balcony (DF2).

Double Room with Bunk Bed

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms feature a bunk bed for children (DE2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Coffee/tea and pastries, as well as snacks and a midnight soup, are available in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the bar that is currently open. Once a week, you have the option to dine at the à la carte restaurant.

Not included in All Inclusive

Drinks and additional visits to the à la carte restaurant, drinks in the disco after midnight, imported beverages, and at the "Blue Beach Club Cafe & Bar." Telephone and fax charges, as well as laundry services.

Sports included

Two hard tennis courts (with your own equipment, for ages 16 and over), table tennis, mini-golf, beach volleyball, basketball, water polo, and a fitness room.

Children's program

During the day, a multilingual kids' club for children aged 4 to 12 is available for a few hours, along with a separate children's pool. Additionally, a children's buffet is offered from June 3rd to August 30th.
