Location

The spacious holiday complex is located directly on a sprawling sandy beach (coarse sand at the tide line). The huge aqua park belonging to the hotel is also just a few minutes' walk away. The center of Gümüldür itself can be reached after approx. 3 km. Public transport is available.

The attractive resort offers a total of 343 rooms, with 225 rooms distributed across the resort section with 5 floors and 118 rooms in the club section with several two-story residential units. The Yali Charme building is located outside the hotel at a distance of approx. 45m and can be reached by crossing the side street. Amenities for a carefree holiday include a spacious lobby with reception, elevator, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, Wi-Fi in many areas of the complex (free of charge, not available in the rooms), the main restaurant with terrace, two à la carte restaurants (in high season, once per stay of seven nights or more, subject to reservation and availability), additional bars, a games room, a satellite TV room, conference rooms, a nightclub, various shops, an indoor pool (except from 1.6.–1.10.), and a wellness area. In the extensively landscaped garden with numerous trees, you will find the amphitheater for evening entertainment, large swimming pool landscapes with three separate children's pools, and another pool (one with three water slides, operational hourly, weather-dependent), sun terraces, sunbathing lawns, and the pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and pool towels are included here and at the beach with a bathing jetty (towel change against a deposit). In addition, the fantastic Yali Castle Aquapark (approx. 200m away) belonging to the hotel group can be used as part of the All Inclusive concept (excluding alcoholic beverages) from Monday to Friday (1.6.–15.9.).

Double Room

The attractively decorated rooms in the resort section offer bath/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled/hourly), safe, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, carpeted floors, and a balcony (D). Sea view available for an additional charge (DM). DR=SR for single use (DE/DEM).
For Summer '26:
Sea view can be booked in limited numbers at more favorable conditions at certain times (DI). Land-view rooms for families with children can be booked in limited numbers at more favorable conditions at certain times during the pre-season (DA). Double Room Annex (Yali Charme Building)

These small but cozy rooms are located in the Yali Charme building (approx. 45m outside the main hotel) and have similar facilities to the double rooms, but feature individually controlled air conditioning (DNH). DR=SR for single use (ENH).

Bungalow Room

These are equipped like the double rooms in the Yali Charme building and can be booked in limited numbers as family-friendly rooms at more favorable conditions (X2W).

Family Room

With similar facilities and location to the double rooms, these offer an additional bedroom separated by a door (DF2). Sea view and direct access to the communal pool can be booked for an additional charge (F2M). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased risk potential for small children.
For safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Bungalow Family Room

Same features as the club promo double rooms, featuring two bedrooms with a connecting door, located in the club part of the complex, air conditioning, TV, and minibar, and only one bath/WC (FB2).

Superior Room (Summer '26)

With similar facilities to the double rooms in the resort section, guests additionally receive a welcome drink upon arrival, a second free à la carte restaurant visit (for stays of 10 nights or more), and free laundry service for 5kg of laundry (for stays of 10 nights or more) (DSU).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and ice cream at specific times. You can dine in the à la carte restaurant once per stay. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available around the clock at the currently open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and refilled daily with water.
