Location

Welcome to the beautiful town of Alacati, in the Cesme district. This small town is known for its architectural beauty, windmills, and vineyards. The town of Alacati features pretty antique shops, boutiques, and quaint tea rooms. Everyone who enjoys vacationing in a charming village with a special atmosphere will feel right at home here. The beautiful 5-star hotel offers a wonderful location; the nearest towns are Alacati (approx. 3 km away) and Cesme (approx. 12 km away). The beach of Alacati can be reached after approx. 200 m and offers unforgettable hours surrounded by crystal-clear water. The nearest airport (ADB) is located approx. 90 km away.

Amenities

The Design Plus Seya Beach Hotel in Alacati offers its guests accommodation with stunning views of the Aegean as well as a luxurious stay in a hotel with a first-class beachfront location. The hotel has a total of 189 rooms, which are furnished in an elegant style. The hotel has two in-house restaurants, which are particularly focused on serving hotel guests exceptionally flavorful dishes. The "Dynasty" restaurant is the main restaurant and offers a buffet for breakfast and dinner, as well as live-cooking stations with international delicacies from Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine. The Seya Beach Lounge and Restaurant offers an attractive dining experience by the sea with fabulous culinary creations.
After a day at the beach or at the hotel's outdoor pool, guests can pamper themselves at the "La Brise Spa" and simply relax.

Superior Double Room

The Superior double rooms are approx. 30-32 m² in size and feature a double or twin beds, telephone, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (DSU).
Also available to book with partial sea view (D2S), direct sea view (DMU), or as a Superior single room (ESU).

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

These rooms are slightly more spacious with the same amenities (approx. 34 m²) and feature a direct sea view (DDM).

Family Room

The family rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms, but offer more space with a size of approx. 63 m². In addition to the living area, the family rooms have two separate bedrooms (DF2).

Suite Sea View

The suites offer a particularly high level of comfort with a size of approx. 50-60 m² and feature a tastefully furnished living room/bedroom and sea view (S2M)
