Location

The comfort hotel is separated from the public sand/pebble beach only by the lively beach promenade. The centre of Marmaris with its shopping and entertainment facilities is about 2 km away. There are regular public minibus connections to the town centre directly in front of the complex.

The hotel consists of a semi-circular building and has 324 rooms spread over five floors (lifts are available). The elegantly designed lobby with reception, seating areas, the lobby bar, the main restaurant with terrace, an à la carte restaurant, various bars, conference rooms, business internet corner (free of charge) and various shops as well as a modern spa centre with a large fitness room and a heated semi-Olympic indoor pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the well-kept garden area, there is a spacious freshwater swimming pool with pool bar, sun terraces, whirlpool and water slide, as well as a separate children's pool. Here, as well as on the beach, loungers with soft surface, sun umbrellas and beach towels are included.

Accommodation

Double room

The comfortably furnished standard rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, LCD satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone, safe, tea/coffee set-up, minibar, centrally controlled air conditioning (hourly), parquet flooring and a balcony. Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge. From Summer 2019, rooms with side sea view are also available at an additional charge. Double rooms can be booked for single occupancy.

Economy double room

These are identical to the double rooms, have a balcony and face the land side.

Suite

These are identical to the double rooms but consist of two rooms, a living room and a bedroom with a double bed. Sea view can be booked at an additional charge.

Deluxe Suite (Summer 2019)

The luxurious Deluxe Suites are located on the 5th floor and feature a marble bathroom with a jacuzzi, an open-plan spacious living/bedroom and a large balcony with sea view.

Meals

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, late riser breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, snacks, ice cream, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as midnight soup and pasta. The pool bar with snack menu and the beach bar with service to the beach are included. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective bars. Your minibar is stocked with soft drinks, beer, crisps and chocolate and is replenished daily as needed.

Premium imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, visits to the Steak & Bar à la carte restaurant (drinks are included except for bottled wines and imported drinks), telephone and fax charges, room service and laundry, ironing and dry cleaning services.

Tennis in the evening with floodlights, rental of tennis rackets and balls, billiards, massages. Various water sports are available on the beach from third-party providers independent of the hotel.
