Location

Your holiday hotel is separated from the sand/pebble beach only by the promenade. Marmaris town center, with its many shopping and entertainment facilities, is approximately 8 km away.

Facilities

The holiday complex for carefree holidays offers 283 rooms in 4 buildings. Amenities include a reception hall with a reception, elevators, and comfortable seating areas. Furthermore, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (reservation required, subject to availability, service charge applies, from May 15 to September 15), several bars, a patisserie, shops, and a wellness area with an indoor pool. In the beautifully landscaped garden, you will find two swimming pools, one of which has a separate children's pool, sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, sunshades, and beach towels are available free of charge at the pool and beach, with towel changes once a day.

Double room

The comfortably furnished rooms have a shower/WC, slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, tea/coffee making facilities, minibar, air conditioning (central, weather-dependent, hourly), safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double rooms can also be booked for single use (DE/DEM).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but without a balcony and are located on the land side (SSZ).

Deluxe Villa

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and consist of a living room and a bedroom. They feature one shower/WC and one bath/WC in the bedroom (2DV).

Deluxe Suite

These suites feature two bedrooms (one king and one twin) with a connecting door, two shower/WC facilities, and one bath/WC in the bedroom. Otherwise, they have the same amenities as the double rooms (2DS).

Grand Deluxe Villa

The Grand Deluxe Villas feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms/WC with Jacuzzi, a large living room with a fireplace, and a balcony or terrace (GX2).

Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style. Drinks are available at an additional charge.

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream at the patisserie during specified hours, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included at the open bars from 10 AM to 1 AM. Your minibar is stocked daily with still water and mineral water.
