The small holiday complex is located on a quiet side street, just about 30 m from the pebble/sand beach of Icmeler. Icmeler itself is 1 km away, and the lively center of Marmaris is about 8 km away. Public minibus connections are available on the main road.

The modernly furnished rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, safe (rental fee), individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar (stocked once with a bottle of still water upon arrival), direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, a balcony, and a side sea view or sea-facing. Double room for single use. Rooms with sea view can be booked for an additional charge.

Family room

These rooms, otherwise equipped the same as double rooms, feature a separate living/sleeping area with sofa beds without a connecting door, and have a side sea view or are sea-facing.

Meals

All Inclusive

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the open buffet, afternoon snacks, coffee/tea with pastries, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the pool bar from 10 am to 11 pm included. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive

Imported drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice, Turkish coffee, ice cream, and all drinks after 11 pm. Telephone and fax charges.
