The small holiday complex is located on a quiet side street, only about 30 meters from the pebble/sand beach of Icmeler. Icmeler itself is 1 km away and the lively center of Marmaris is about 8 km away. Public minibus connections are available on the main road.

Your charming holiday accommodation with only 64 rooms spread over four floors offers a modern reception area with a reception desk and elevator, a chic atrium with seating areas, and a buffet restaurant with a terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. There is also a garden bar, a satellite TV room, a hairdresser, and a wellness area. In the well-maintained garden, there is a freshwater pool with an integrated children's pool, as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar and a sunbathing lawn. The modern rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, safety deposit box (rental fee), air conditioning (individually adjustable), satellite TV, minibar (stocked once with a bottle of still water upon arrival), direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, balcony, and side sea view or sea-facing. Double room for single occupancy. Rooms with sea view can be booked for an extra charge.

Family Room

These rooms, otherwise equipped like the double rooms, feature a separate living/sleeping area with sofa beds, without a connecting door, with side sea view or sea-facing.

Board

All Inclusive

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, afternoon snacks, coffee/tea with pastries, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the pool bar from 10 am to 11 pm included. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Imported drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice, Turkish coffee, ice cream, and all drinks after 11 pm. Telephone and fax charges.
