The hotel is located in the center of Mavisehir near Didim and offers private beach access. Numerous shops and entertainment venues, as well as restaurants and bars, are about 5 km away. Bodrum Airport is approximately 80 km away, and Izmir Airport is approximately 143 km away.

The holiday hotel, renovated in Winter '24, offers a total of 251 rooms spread across a multi-story hotel building. Amenities include a spacious reception hall with a reception desk and chic seating areas, a lobby bar, a Mediterranean-style main restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (once per stay, with a minimum of 5 nights' stay, reservation required, and a complimentary bottle of wine included), the patisserie, the indoor pool (seasonally open), and Wi-Fi (included in all areas and rooms). There is also a mini-market, hairdresser, and a modern wellness center, both available for a fee. The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with an integrated children's pool and a baby pool, three water slides, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Here, as well as at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar, ice cream, fruit and vegetable stand, and a bathing plateau, loungers, cushions, sun umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge.

Double Room

The modernly designed rooms are comfortably furnished and offer a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, safe, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (centrally controlled), Wi-Fi, minibar, coffee/tea setup, ceramic flooring, balcony, and garden view (D). Sea view is bookable at an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM). Available in limited numbers and at more favorable conditions for single use in the pre-season (DEA/DMA).

Super Saver Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are located in less favorable positions (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE).

High Child Double Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms and are available in limited numbers for families with young children, with a maximum occupancy of 2+2 (DA).

Junior Suite

These specially designed rooms feature a bedroom and a living area with a sea view. The third person in the room will receive an extra bed (JS2).

Family Suite

These rooms, approximately 50 m² in size, have similar amenities to the double rooms. Additionally, they feature a living area with a bunk bed for children and a partial sea view (2FS).

Superior Double Room (Summer 2026)

While having the same amenities as the double rooms, these offer the following privileges: complimentary 2x à la carte dining with a minimum stay of 10 days, 20% discount in the spa area, welcome drink upon arrival, free wheelchair service at the hotel if needed, and a one-time in-room breakfast for stays of 22 days or more (DSU).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, various snack options throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries at the patisserie from 2:30 PM to 5 PM, and a midnight buffet (12 AM - 1 AM). Ice cream and gözleme are available at specified times. The snack bar is open 24 hours. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, and beer.
