Location

The spacious bungalow complex, covering approx. 105,000 m², is located directly on the hotel's own bathing bay with a jetty. The centre of Didim, with its numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, is approximately 1 km away. Public minibus services and taxis are available.

This bungalow complex, set amidst a spacious garden, consists of a three-storey main building (lifts available) and a club building (one storey each). The hotel’s various amenities include an elegant lobby with a reception, several bars, a main restaurant with a terrace (seasonal), three à-la-carte restaurants (included once for stays of five nights or more), a patisserie, conference rooms, several shops, a wellness centre (for a fee), and an indoor pool (open seasonally). Located in the well-maintained garden area facing the sea are the amphitheatre for evening entertainment, a freshwater swimming pool, a relaxation pool (18+), and another pool with three waterslides (hourly, weather-dependent), as well as a separate children's pool, also with a waterslide (hourly), a pool/snack bar, and sun terraces (seasonal). Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are available for our guests here and at the beach (via a towel card).

Accommodation

Standard Double Room

The rooms are located in the main building and are tastefully furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning (individually controlled), Wi-Fi included, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, ceramic flooring, and a French balcony (DO). Double room = single room for single use (D1O/So'26 DEO). During the low and shoulder season, the double room = single room can also be booked at certain times at more favourable rates (DEI).

Standard Club Room

Identical to the double rooms, but slightly more spacious and with laminate flooring. These rooms are located in the club area and feature a terrace (CD). Double room = single room for single use (CDE). During the low and shoulder season, the Standard Club Room can also be booked at certain times at more favourable rates (CDI).

Large Double Room

Identical to the club rooms in the club area, but slightly more spacious, with a bunk bed, and featuring a balcony or terrace (D2X).

Club Family Room

The family rooms are located in the club area in the garden and feature one bedroom and a living area with two sofa beds, a connecting door, and a balcony or terrace (CF2).

Super Saver Room

Identical to the double rooms in the main building, located in a less preferred position, and also featuring a French balcony (SOZ). Double room = single room for single use (SOE).

Large Double Room Type A

With similar features to the club Large Double Rooms, but available in smaller numbers, at more favourable rates, and in a less preferred location, but with a terrace (G2A).

Superior Room

Superior rooms feature the same amenities as the Standard Double Rooms. Upon booking this category, guests receive an additional free second à-la-carte visit for stays of at least 10 days, a 20% discount in the wellness area, a welcome cocktail on arrival, and for a minimum stay of 22 nights, a one-time breakfast service in the room (DSU).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late-riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries, midnight snacks, and ice cream. For stays of at least 7 nights, guests may dine in one of the à-la-carte restaurants (subject to availability and reservation). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included around the clock at the respective bars that are open. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and replenished daily with water bottles.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Room service, telephone and fax charges, freshly squeezed juices, additional imported drinks, and doctor services.

Sports included

Two tennis courts during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, fitness room, beach volleyball, aerobics, and basketball.
