The spacious bungalow complex, covering approx. 105,000 m², is situated directly on the hotel's own bathing bay with a bathing pier. The center of Didim, with its numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, is about 1 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

This bungalow complex, nestled within extensive gardens, consists of a main building with three floors (elevators available) and a club building (one floor each). Among the hotel's various amenities are an elegant lobby with a reception, several bars, a main restaurant with a terrace (seasonal), three à-la-carte restaurants (included once for stays of five nights or more), a patisserie, conference rooms, several shops, a wellness center (for a fee), and an indoor pool (open seasonally). In the well-maintained garden area facing the sea, you will find an amphitheater for evening events, a freshwater swimming pool, a relaxation pool (18+), another pool with three water slides (available hourly, weather-dependent), a separate children's pool, also with a water slide (available hourly), a pool/snackbar, and sun terraces (seasonal). Here and on the beach, sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels (with a beach towel card) are available for our guests.

Accommodation

Standard Double Room

The rooms are located in the main building and are tastefully furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning (individually controlled), Wi-Fi included, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, ceramic flooring, and a French balcony (DO). DR=SR for single use (D1O/So'26 DEO). During the low season, the DR=SR can also be booked at certain times with more favorable conditions (DEI).

Standard Club Room

Identical to the double rooms, just slightly more spacious and with laminate flooring. These rooms are located in the club area and feature a terrace (CD). DR=SR for single use (CDE). During the low season, the Standard Club Room can also be booked at certain times with more favorable conditions (CDI).

Large Double Room

Identical to the club rooms in the club area, just slightly more spacious, with a bunk bed, and featuring a balcony or terrace (D2X).

Club Family Room

The family rooms are located in the club area within the gardens and feature a bedroom and a living area with two sofa beds, a connecting door, and a balcony or terrace (CF2).

Super Saver Room

These are identical to the double rooms in the main building, are located in a less preferred position, and also feature a French balcony (SOZ). DR=SR for single use (SOE).

Large Double Room Type A

Similar in terms of facilities to the Large Club Double Rooms, limited in number, available at lower rates and in a less preferred location, but with a terrace (G2A).

Superior Room

The superior rooms have the same facilities as the standard double rooms. When booking this category, guests receive an additional free à-la-carte meal for stays of at least 10 days, 20% discount in the wellness area, a welcome cocktail upon arrival, and for a minimum stay of 22 nights, a one-time breakfast service in the room (DSU).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries, midnight snacks, and ice cream. For stays of at least 7 nights, guests can dine in one of the à-la-carte restaurants, subject to availability and reservation. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included around the clock at the bars that are open. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and is replenished daily with water bottles.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Room service, telephone and fax charges, freshly squeezed juices, additional imported drinks, and doctor's services.

Sports included

Two tennis courts during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, gym, beach volleyball, aerobics, and basketball.
