The hotel is located directly on the 1,000 m long beach (300 m sand, 120 m bathing jetty, 580 m sand/pebble beach and bathing platform). Numerous shops and entertainment venues, as well as restaurants and bars, can be reached in approx. 4 km, the center of Bodrum is approx. 8 km away. Milas Airport is approx. 23 km away.

The luxury hotel has a total of 243 rooms. Facilities include a reception hall with a reception, comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar. A buffet restaurant, various fine dining à la carte restaurants (for a fee, with prior reservation, subject to availability), a patisserie, various bars, an indoor pool (seasonally heated), hairdresser and several shops for a fee. In the outdoor area there is a freshwater swimming pool and a saltwater pool for adults, a children's pool with a waterslide. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach with a beach bar.

Studio Garden View

The rooms have approx. 25-35 sqm, shower/toilet, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, direct dial telephone, LED satellite TV with music channel, as well as laminate flooring and balcony (2GD). Rooms with direct sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM). Double room = single room for single use (1GD/DEM).

Deluxe Room

These are comfortable rooms in the main building, offering, with similar amenities to the superior rooms, more space and additionally featuring a whirlpool in the bathroom, dressing room, sofa bed, marble floor and carpet with direct sea view (DDM). Rooms with direct pool access to the communal pool and terrace can be booked for an additional charge (SWD). Double room = single room for single use (DM1/SWE).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form, fresh fruit juices in the main restaurant, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon.
