The hotel is located directly on a 1,000 m long beach (300 m sand, 120 m swimming pier, 580 m sand/gravel beach and bathing platform). Numerous shopping and entertainment options as well as restaurants and bars can be reached in approximately 10 minutes, and the center of Bodrum is about 8 km away. Milas Airport is approximately 23 km away.

The luxury hotel has a total of 243 rooms. Facilities include a lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. Studio Garden View

The rooms are approximately 25-35 m² and feature a shower/WC, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, direct-dial telephone, LED satellite TV with music channel, laminate flooring, and a balcony (2GD). Rooms with direct sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (1GD/DEM).

Deluxe Room

These are comfortable rooms in the main building that offer similar amenities to the superior rooms, but are larger and additionally feature a whirlpool in the bathroom, dressing room, sofa bed, marble flooring, and carpet with a direct sea view (DDM). Rooms with direct access to a shared pool and a terrace can be booked for an extra charge (SWD). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (DM1/SWE).
