The luxury resort guarantees the best conditions for a dream holiday. A total of 282 suites and villas are spread across buildings with one to two floors. You will be warmly welcomed with a welcome drink in the impressive lobby. The fine dining restaurants "Spago by Wolfgang Puck" and the world-renowned restaurant "Caviar Kaspia", described as a caviar artist's restaurant, are also highlights ("Spago by Wolfgang Puck & Caviar Kaspia Restaurants are available for a fee and require advance reservation). The special atmosphere of this extraordinary complex is also reflected in its many amenities. These include various à la carte restaurants (Turkish, seafood, Latin-Mediterranean cuisine, and the 24-hour à la carte is free, no reservation needed), several bars with various drink offers and Upper Brand drinks, check-in with the personal Maxx Assistant service and get taken to your room. Private lounge for early arrivals/late departures with private rooms, lockers, and showers. Patisserie Le Melange by Maxx Royal, Chocolatier by Maxx Royal, modern indoor pool (heated seasonally) with a separate children's pool, and the professional Maxx Wellbeing Spa area. In the beautiful, green garden area, you will find a spacious pool landscape with a seawater pool, main pool, separate children's pool, and Lagoon Pool (all pools are heated seasonally except for the Lagoon pool), as well as inviting sun terraces. The spacious suites (approx. 72m2) are extremely comfortably furnished and offer a double bed, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), turn-down service, Maxx Assistant service, dressing area, seating area, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, coffee/tea making facilities, Maxxi bar, Wi-Fi, Inalco ceramic flooring, and a balcony with garden view (S2). Royal Suite

These suites are approx. 146m2. With otherwise identical facilities to the suites, they offer a living room with an L-shaped sofa that can be converted into a bed, a bathroom with a double shower/WC and double washbasin, a dressing area, and a terrace (RS). Sea view bookable for an additional charge (RSM).

Studio Pool Access (Maxx Lagoon Studio)

These rooms, approx. 125m2, offer a double bed and a sofa bed, a shower with a double shower head, in-room breakfast is included, terrazzo ceramic flooring in the interior and Inco ceramic flooring on the balcony, as well as sea view and direct access to the communal pool. VIP transfer is included for stays of at least seven nights (2PC).

Lagoon Sea View (Maxx Lagoon)

With similar facilities to the Studio Pool Access (Maxx Lagoon Studio), this room includes an additional room with an L-shaped sofa that can be converted into two single beds, in-room breakfast (included), and VIP transfer for stays of at least seven nights (M2V).

Lagoon Duplex (Maxx Lagoon Duplex)

The rooms, approx. 212m2, are divided into two levels and offer a double bed on the upper floor and two single beds on the lower floor, as well as an L-shaped sofa (can be converted into two single beds), in-room breakfast (included), two showers/WCs, and direct pool access from the terrace, as well as VIP transfer for stays of at least seven nights (VDU).

Duplex Suite Sea View

The comfortable suites (approx. 144 m²) consist of 2 levels. The lower level has a bedroom with two single beds and shower/WC and terrace, the upper level has a sleeping area with a double bed and a dressing area, balcony with sea view (IX2).
