The hotel complex is located in Içmeler, with an underpass you can reach the hotel's own beach with a jetty. The center of Bodrum is approx. 1 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available nearby.

This holiday complex, popular with international clientele, covers 14,000 m² and has 214 rooms, accepting guests over 14 years of age. Central facilities include an elegant lobby with a reception, a main restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (each included once per stay with prior reservation and subject to availability, drinks at a charge), several bars, a TV and conference room, Wi-Fi in public areas included, as well as a minimarket and hairdresser for a fee. In the tastefully landscaped large garden area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available here and on the hotel's private beach with beach bar free of charge. Bath towels are available for a deposit.
