The property is situated on a peninsula and features a 1200-meter-long sandy beach. Shopping and various entertainment venues can be found in Güvercinlik, approximately 3 km away. The lively center of Bodrum is about 26 km away and can be reached by public minibus services.

The sprawling hotel complex with an international clientele offers a fantastic view of the bay. The 508 rooms are spread across a five-story main building and several villas. The reception area includes the front desk, comfortable seating, and the lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property. Further facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants, several bars, a Starbucks café, an indoor pool (heated seasonally), and a wellness and spa area. Various shops, a hairdresser, a game room, and conference rooms are available for a fee. The large garden area features two freshwater pools, an aqua park with several water slides, two children's pools, sun terraces, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included around the pools and on the beach.

Double room

The rooms in the main building are approx. 26m² and feature two single beds or one double bed, and some rooms include a sofa bed. Amenities include a direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, Wi-Fi, minibar, tea/coffee setup, laminate flooring, bathroom or shower/WC, hairdryer, central air conditioning, safe, and balcony (D). Side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. Double room = single room for sole use (DE/DEM/DES).

Large double room (Summer 2026)

With the same amenities as the double rooms in the main building and a French bed, these are approx. 31m² in size and feature a second sofa bed (DSU).

Family room

The family rooms are located in the main building, feature approx. 37m², two bedrooms with a connecting door (one room with a double bed, the second with two sofa beds measuring 1.70m), and otherwise include similar amenities to the double rooms (DF2). Family rooms with side sea view (FS2) or direct sea view (F2M) can be booked for an extra charge.

Double room Swim Up Sea View (Summer 2026)

The rooms are located in the garden area and are approx. 55 m². Amenities include a French bed and two sofa beds, a private terrace with a Jacuzzi, access to a communal pool, and a fascinating sea view. Booking this room category includes: VIP check-in and check-out service, free à la carte breakfast and lunch, shuttle service, turndown service, 4x use of the à la carte restaurant, extra discount on cabanas and spa use. (MBS) Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Executive Villa (Summer 2026)

This room type has an area of 110 m² and offers a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The living room provides a comfortable and cozy living area. On the balcony with a perfect sea view, there is a seating area, sun loungers, a whirlpool, and access to a communal pool assigned to these rooms. Booking this room category includes: VIP check-in and check-out service, free à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner, 24-hour room service (incl. children's menu), shuttle service, turndown service, free cabanas with reservation, as well as a personal guest relations service. (VEX) Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.

Royal Villa (Summer 2026)

The Royal Villa consists of a total area of 165 m². Two bedrooms have a double bed, the third bedroom has two single beds. There are three bathrooms and a large living area. On the wonderful terrace with a sea view, there are sun loungers and access to a private pool. Booking this room category includes: VIP check-in and check-out service, 24-hour room service (incl. children's menu), free à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner, laundry service, shuttle service, turndown service, free cabanas with reservation, as well as a personal guest relations service and private butler (V6/V2E). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Double room Superior

These non-smoking rooms are located in the main building and are approx. 31 m² in size. They feature a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 sofa beds (80 x 180 cm each), centrally controlled air conditioning, shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, slippers, safe, sofa, desk, coffee/tea maker, kettle, telephone, satellite TV, and laminate or parquet flooring. A balcony with seating and a side sea view is also available (D2S). Rooms with direct sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMU). The double rooms can also be booked for sole use (1SD/DME).

Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late breakfast from the buffet, as well as pastries in the patisserie during the day and various snack stations. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, some imported beverages, and meal options are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars/restaurants. For stays of 5 nights or more, one free à la carte dinner is included in an à la carte restaurant determined by the hotel (reservation required).
