This architecturally impressive luxury-class residence by the Maxx Royal Hotels group is located in the beautiful bay of Türkbükü. The small town of Türkbükü can be reached after approx. 2 km, and it is approx. 45 km to Bodrum airport. Taxis are available in front of the hotel.

The luxury complex guarantees the best conditions for a dream holiday. 22 residences are spread over two-story buildings. The imposing lobby welcomes guests warmly with a special drink. Check-in is handled via the personal Maxx Assistant Service. The "Roda" A la Carte Restaurant (for a fee outside of concept times) is also available as a highlight. The special atmosphere of this exceptional complex is also reflected in the many amenities. The Castana Bar (for a fee) with various beverage offers and premium brand drinks, a pool for adults (with elevator for guests with limited mobility), and a separate children's pool feature inviting sun terraces. Sun loungers (with integrated pads), sunshades, and pool towels are provided free of charge.

Residence

These luxury residences offer a total area of 322 m², with 124 m² of living space and a 136 m² garden area. The houses are equipped on the first floor with a living room, seating area, kitchen, TV, toilet, and a garden with a dining table and garden seating set. On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom with a double bed, wall-mounted TV, bathroom with shower, toilet, and safe, as well as a terrace equipped with wooden sun loungers for 2 people (RES).

Residence Bilo

Otherwise the same features as the residence rooms, just slightly larger (REB).

Residence Mono

Features a total area of 386 m² (187 m² of living space and 70 m² of garden area) and additionally includes a babysitting room and a laundry room (REM).

Garden Residence

Otherwise the same features as the Residence Mono, slightly larger (total area of 386 m², divided into 221 m² of living space and 71 m² of garden area (G2H).

Residence Panorama Room

Otherwise the same features as the Garden Residence, they additionally offer a sea view (RPM).
