The holiday hotel is located near Paphos, directly on a small, landscaped sand/pebble beach. The centre of Paphos is approximately 4 km away.

Facilities

The "Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach Hotel & Spa" (bookable for ages 16 and over) is particularly notable for its modern design and comfortable amenities. The 382 accommodation units are spread across a main building and several annex buildings. It features a reception hall with a reception desk, three elevators, a lobby bar with sea views, the main restaurant "Blue Horizon", "Little Italy" restaurant (Italian), "La Snackeria del Mare" snack restaurant (May-October, weather permitting), "Mourayio" Greek taverna (May-October, weather permitting), "Egao" à la carte restaurant (Asian, May-October, weather permitting), "Hawas Gardens" restaurant (May-October), lounge bar, ballroom, hairdresser, souvenir shop, spa with salinity pool and indoor pool (heated in winter, for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.
The extensive garden area features a swimming pool with a whirlpool, sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool.

Double Room

The double rooms are comfortably furnished and located in the main building. They feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning/heating (centrally controlled, weather permitting), telephone, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a safe for rent, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, and a balcony (D).
Available for single occupancy (DE), with a lateral sea view (DMS, in winter), direct sea view (DM), or as a budget room (SSZ).

Premium Double Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, the Premium Rooms feature a walk-in shower, an espresso machine, are located on the 5th floor (PDZ), and offer access to the Leonardo Executive Lounge.
Small amenities are provided upon arrival.
Guests in these rooms receive a discount on selected SPA treatments.
