Location

The holiday hotel is located near Paphos directly on a small, landscaped sand/pebble beach. The center of Paphos is approx. 4 km away. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. Paphos Airport is approx. 14 km away, Larnaca Airport approx. 130 km away.

Facilities

The "Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach Hotel & Spa" (bookable for ages 16 and up) is particularly characterized by its modern design and comfortable amenities. The 382 accommodation units are spread across a main building and several outbuildings. It features a reception hall with a reception, three lifts, a lobby bar overlooking the sea, the main restaurant "Blue Horizon", the restaurant "Little Italy" (Italian), the snack restaurant "La Snackeria del Mare" (May-October, weather permitting), the Greek taverna "Mourayio" (May-October, weather permitting), the à la carte restaurant "Egao" (Asian, May-October, weather permitting), the restaurant "Hawas Gardens" (May-October), a lounge bar, a ballroom, a hairdresser, a souvenir shop, a spa with Salinity Pool and an indoor pool (heated in winter, for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.
In the extensive garden complex, you will find the swimming pool with a whirlpool, the sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool.

Double Room

The double rooms are comfortably furnished and located in the main building. They feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning/heating (centrally controlled, weather permitting), telephone, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a safe for rent, a mini-fridge, a coffee/tea station, and a balcony (D). Optionally available for single use (DE), with side sea view (DMS, in winter), direct sea view (DM), or as a super saver room (SSZ).

Premium Double Room

While otherwise equipped the same as the double rooms, the Premium Rooms feature a walk-in shower, an espresso machine, are located on the 5th floor (PDZ), and offer access to the Leonardo Executive Lounge.
Small welcome amenities are provided upon arrival.
Guests in these rooms receive a discount on selected spa treatments.

Premium Double Room Sea View

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

With the same amenities as the Premium Double Rooms, the Deluxe Rooms are more spacious and additionally feature a complimentary safe, high-quality toiletries, and other amenities (see "Hotel Service"). The rooms are located on the 6th floor and have direct sea view (DDM).
Guests in these rooms also have access to the Leonardo Executive Lounge.

Studio Swim Up

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the Studio Swim Up rooms are more spacious, located on the ground floor, and also feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower and access to the sharing pool (2PC, in winter).
