Location

The Bergresort Gerlitzen by ALPS RESORTS is located at an altitude of approximately 1,500 meters directly in the popular Gerlitzen Alpe ski area, offering a fantastic panoramic view of the Carinthian mountains. Situated in a quiet forest location, the resort is ideal for a relaxing stay in nature – whether in summer or winter.
The location is also a perfect starting point for numerous activities: The Kanzelbahn cable car is only about 50 meters from the resort and quickly takes you to high altitudes or back to the valley. The well-known Kanzelhöhe Observatory, a must-see for stargazers and nature lovers, is only about 500 meters away.
The center of Treffen am Ossiacher See, with its shops and restaurants, is about 10 km away. For a refreshing change in the summer, a trip to the beautiful Ossiacher See, one of Austria's warmest bathing lakes, is recommended – approximately 22 km away.

Facilities

The Bergresort impresses not only with its fantastic location but also with its modern, comfortable facilities. The entire resort was completely renovated in 2023 and now presents itself as an inviting holiday destination for those seeking relaxation, families, active vacationers, and nature lovers. There are 94 stylishly designed apartments available. The heart of the resort is the friendly lobby with a reception. For small purchases, there is a mini-market on-site. Especially after an active day in the mountains, the indoor pool and the cozy wellness area with sauna and steam bath invite you to relax. A terrace with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains is also part of the resort's facilities.

1-Bedroom Apartment

The cozy apartments feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a shower, a toilet, a hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (with cutlery, dishes, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine) and consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a double sofa bed. The average size is approx. 50m² (A1T).

2-Bedroom Apartment

The cozy apartments feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a shower, a toilet, a hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (with cutlery, dishes, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine) and consist of two bedrooms and a living area. The bedrooms have double beds, and the living area has a possible double sofa bed. The average size is approx. 65m² (A22 - on request).
