Location

The Bergresort Gerlitzen by ALPS RESORTS is located at approximately 1,500 meters above sea level directly in the popular Gerlitzen Alpe ski area, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the Carinthian mountain landscape. Situated in a quiet, wooded area, the resort is ideal for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature – whether in summer or winter.
The location is also a perfect starting point for numerous activities: The Kanzelbahn cable car is just about 50 meters from the resort and quickly takes you to higher altitudes or back to the valley. The well-known attraction, the Kanzelhöhe Observatory, a must for stargazers and nature lovers, is only about 500 meters away.
The center of Treffen am Ossiacher See with shops and restaurants is around 10 km away. For a refreshing change in summer, a trip to the beautiful Ossiacher See, one of Austria's warmest swimming lakes, is recommended – approximately 22 km away.

Facilities

The Bergresort not only impresses with its fantastic location but also with its modern, comfortable amenities. The entire resort was completely renovated in 2023 and now presents itself as an inviting holiday destination for those seeking relaxation, families, active holidaymakers, and nature lovers. There are 94 stylishly designed living units available. The heart of the complex is the friendly lobby with a reception. For small necessities, there is a mini-market on site. Especially after an active day in the mountains, the indoor pool and the cozy wellness area with sauna and steam bath invite you to relax. A terrace with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain world is also part of the resort's facilities.

1 Bedroom Apartment

The cozy apartments feature flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (with cutlery, crockery, hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine) and consist of one bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a double sofa bed. The average size is approx. 50m² (A1T).

2 Bedroom Apartment

The cozy apartments feature flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (with cutlery, crockery, hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine) and consist of two bedrooms and a living area. The bedrooms have double beds, and the living room has a possible double sofa bed. The average size is approx. 65m² (A22 - upon request).
