Location

The Bergresort Gerlitzen by ALPS RESORTS is located at an altitude of approximately 1,500 meters directly in the popular Gerlitzen Alpe ski area and offers a fantastic panoramic view of the Carinthian mountains. Situated in a quiet forest setting, the resort is ideal for a relaxing stay in nature—whether in summer or winter.
The location is also a perfect starting point for numerous activities: The Kanzelbahn cable car is only about 50 meters away from the resort, quickly taking you to higher altitudes or back down to the valley. The well-known landmark, the Kanzelhöhe Observatory, a must for stargazers and nature lovers, can be reached in just approx. 500 meters.
The center of Treffen am Ossiacher See, with shopping options and restaurants, is around 10 km away. For a refreshing change in summer, we recommend a trip to the beautiful Lake Ossiacher See, one of the warmest swimming lakes in Austria, located about 22 km away.

Facilities

The Bergresort stands out not only for its dreamlike location but also for its modern, comfortable facilities. The entire resort was completely renovated in 2023 and now presents itself as an inviting holiday destination for those seeking relaxation, families, active travelers, and nature lovers. There are 94 stylishly designed accommodation units available. The heart of the building is the friendly lobby with a reception desk. A mini-market is available on-site for small needs. Especially after an active day in the mountains, the indoor pool as well as the cozy wellness area with sauna and steam bath invite you to relax. The resort's facilities also include a terrace with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Apartment 1 Bedroom

The cozy apartments feature flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, a shower, WC, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen (with cutlery, crockery, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine) and consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. The average size is approx. 50m² (A1T).

Apartment 2 Bedrooms

The cozy apartments feature flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, a shower, WC, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen (with cutlery, crockery, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine) and consist of two bedrooms and a living room. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and there is a possible double sofa bed in the living room. The average size is approx. 65m² (A22 - on request).
