The boutique hotel, which opened in 2020 and features a minimalist boho style, warmly welcomes all guests seeking peace and quiet. Ideally located—only about 8 km from Ayia Napa and around 3 km from Protaras—it combines relaxed tranquility with a variety of nightlife options. The nearest sand/pebble beach is just approx. 200 m away. Larnaca Airport is approximately 65 km away, and Paphos Airport is around 177 km away.

Facilities

The modern boutique hotel with only 72 rooms features a stylish lobby with a 24-hour reception and elevators, as well as the main restaurant "DOLCE" with a spacious outdoor terrace.
In the lovingly designed outdoor area, there are three infinity freshwater pools, the pool and snack bar "Salty By The Pools," a small pavilion, and various relaxation areas that invite guests to unwind. Comfortable sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge by the pools; they are provided by local vendors for a fee at the beach. The traditional chapel behind the garden serves as a special eye-catcher.
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge throughout the entire hotel complex.

Superior Double Room with side sea view

The modern Superior double rooms feature a minimalist design, a queen-size bed, a semi-open bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC, toiletries, a hairdryer, as well as bathrobes and slippers. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with individually controllable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a 43" 4K Smart TV, a mini-fridge (empty), a safe, an espresso capsule machine, a kettle, and a furnished balcony with a side sea view (D2S/D3S).

Superior Double Room with sea view (Adults-only 18+)

These modern Superior double rooms are bookable for guests aged 18 and over and are located on the upper floors. All wellness double rooms offer a minimalist design with a queen-size bed, a semi-open bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC, toiletries, a hairdryer, as well as bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. are served in buffet form in the main restaurant "DOLCE."
Lunch is offered à la carte from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the pool restaurant "Salty By The Pools." Depending on weather conditions and hotel occupancy, lunch may alternatively be served in buffet form in the main restaurant.
Snacks are served from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the pool restaurant.
