The Louis Althea Beach hotel is located directly on the sandy beach. The city of Paralimni, with its shopping and entertainment facilities, is approx. 6 km away. Nearby, guests can visit attractions such as "Cape Greco National Park", "Profitis Elias" Church, "Fig Tree Bay", "Ayia Napa Monastery", and "Sculpture Park Ayia Napa". Larnaca Airport is approx. 64 km away.

The modernly furnished hotel has 150 rooms spread across a main building and 3 annex buildings, a lobby with a reception, TV area, air conditioning, mini-market, conference room, 2 restaurants, and 2 bars. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex. In the outdoor area, there are 2 swimming pools with a separate children's pool and a pool bar. A hotel parking lot is available to guests free of charge. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included by the pools and available for a fee at the beach; bath towels are available free of charge.

The spacious rooms (approx. 32 sqm) have a shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, kettle, safe (included), and a balcony or terrace (S12). With the same amenities as the suites, these have an additional separate bedroom and are considerably more spacious (approx. 62 sqm, 2ZM).
