Location

The hotel is quietly located directly on a beautiful small sandy bay. Tavernas and a well-stocked supermarket are opposite.
The nearest town of Pernera with tavernas, bars, and shops is approximately 1.5 km away, and Protaras is approximately 3 km away. A bus stop with routes to all towns is within walking distance.
Larnaca Airport is approximately 65 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, newly built and expected to open in Summer 2026, features a 24-hour reception with a lobby area and the "Equinox" lobby bar, a souvenir shop, and an indoor pool (heated depending on the weather at the beginning/end of the season).
Dining options include the main buffet restaurant "Korali," the "Lemongrass" rooftop restaurant (Pan-Asian), the two à la carte restaurants "Olivia Mediterranean Restaurant" and "Marcello's Italian Restaurant," a snack bar, and the "Amelie" ice cream parlor.
The outdoor area offers a main pool with the "Aquatonic" pool bar, a separate children's pool, and an adults-only pool with a bar.

Deluxe Double Room with Side Sea View

The double rooms feature a double bed or twin beds and a sofa bed, a walk-in shower/WC, toiletries, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart satellite TV, minibar (stocked on arrival), and side sea view (DDS/DXB).
Also available with pool and side sea view (MPX/2MP/SMB/ID2).

Junior Suite Sea View

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious and feature sea views (J2M/JMA/JMI/B2J).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these suites feature a separate sleeping area, are more spacious, and have sea views (S2M).

Breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM, and dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM in the main restaurant "Korali" with buffet and local specialties.
Alternatively, lunch can be enjoyed from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at "Olivia Mediterranean Restaurant," and dinner from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM at "Olivia Mediterranean Restaurant," "Marcello's Italian Restaurant," or "Lemongrass Pan Asian Restaurant." Reservations are required for dinner.
Snacks, coffee variations, and desserts are available throughout the day at "Kantina Snack Canteen," and ice cream is served at the "Amelie" ice cream parlor.
