Location

The hotel is located in the heart of the Protaras resort, directly on the beautiful sandy beach. Numerous shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes are nearby.
The lively resorts of Ayia Napa and the town of Paralimni are only approx. 12 km and 8 km away respectively and can be reached by local bus services.
Larnaca Airport is approx. 66 km away.

Facilities include a lobby with reception, four bars, a panoramic restaurant with an outdoor terrace, the Mediterranean "Levanda" restaurant located right by the beach, and a heated indoor pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.
The well-maintained outdoor area features a large pool complex with a separate children's pool and an adults-only pool, as well as a sun terrace. The pools are heated in April and October, depending on the weather. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and in the garden area, and are available for a fee on the beach.

Double room

All rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV with radio channels, telephone, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, safe, coffee/tea station, and a balcony (D/DA).
Optionally, available for an extra charge, rooms with a side sea view (DMS/DIS/AMS/SMB) or direct sea view (DM/DMA/DMI/MBB) and for single occupancy with a side sea view (DES) can be booked.

Double room Superior Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are more spacious, with a direct sea view and a balcony (DMU).

Panorama Junior Suite Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities, these rooms are slightly larger and feature a panoramic window facing the sea and two balconies (JPM, bookable until the end of 2025).

Family room side sea view

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature a sleeping area for children separated by a sliding door with bunk beds, and a side sea view (F2S, bookable from 2026).

Family Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms additionally feature a spacious seating area (with two sofa beds) with a panoramic door to the covered terrace (2FM, bookable from 2026).

Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these suites feature a living/sleeping area with sofa(s) and a separate bedroom, each with its own balcony and sea view (S2M, bookable from 2026).

Board

Half Board/Full Board

Depending on the board basis booked, breakfast is served from 7-10 am in the "Levanda" restaurant and dinner from 7-9:30 pm in the panoramic restaurant, both as a buffet.
With full board, lunch is also available from 12:30-3:30 pm in the "Levanda" restaurant.
As part of the Dine-Out program, dinner can also be enjoyed at one of the following restaurants (with advance reservation, one reservation per restaurant per week) in the vicinity of the hotel:
