The hotel is located directly on a bay with a gently sloping sandy beach. Various bars, restaurants and entertainment options are in the immediate vicinity, the center of Protaras is about 2.5 km away. Larnaca Airport is about 65 km away.

The family-run hotel has a total of 235 newly renovated rooms spread over 5 floors. The complex is equipped with a 24-hour reception, elevators, a lounge with satellite TV, two restaurants, the à la carte restaurants "Priamos" and "Amarante Asian", a bar, snack bar, mini-market/souvenir shop, conference room and a spa with a hairdresser. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The beautiful outdoor area has 2 swimming pools, one of which is adults-only. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee at the beach.

Various snacks are available at the Nereus Bar from 2:30-6 pm.
Coffee and cake from 3:30-5 pm in the "Karames Restaurant" as well as ice cream at the main bar and during dinner.
