The resort is in a prime location in Paphos, directly on the fine sandy beach. The city of Paphos is a charming holiday destination where history, mythology, and regional culture combine in a unique way. A stroll through the picturesque, cobblestone streets and along the promenade is just as worthwhile as spending relaxing hours in the lively and charming harbor area.
The distance to Paphos Airport is approx. 14 km; Larnaca Airport is approx. 134 km away.

The sprawling resort features a total of 276 rooms newly renovated in 2026 and offers generously designed public areas as well as expansive, tropical landscaped gardens with lakes, waterfalls, and palm trees. The complex includes five outdoor themed pools, a heated indoor pool, and diverse water features.
Six restaurants with indoor and outdoor dining areas as well as five bars, including pool bars, ensure varied culinary experiences. Some restaurants are open seasonally from April to October – subject to weather conditions. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel free of charge. Sun loungers and parasols are included for all guests on the hotel grounds.
The "Hotel within the Resort" concept includes a separate adult wing (bookable for ages 18 and up) with facilities and services specifically tailored to adults. These include selected adults-only room categories, access to the "Serenity Oasis" pool area, the Serenity Spa & Wellness, and the adults-only "You & Me" bar from 6:00 PM to 1:30 AM.

Deluxe Double Room

The renovated double rooms for up to three people feature one double bed or two single beds with premium mattresses, as well as a high-quality bathroom with double sinks, walk-in rain shower, WC, branded toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes, and slippers.
Further amenities include individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safe, a 50" smart TV, telephone, a daily replenished coffee/tea station and espresso capsule machine, and a minibar with water, juices, and soft drinks (daily replenishment included).
All rooms also have a furnished balcony with an inland view (DD2).
Optionally, they can be booked for single use (DD1), as super-saver rooms (SSZ), with side sea view (DDS), or with pool/sea view (DDM/DM1).

Deluxe Superior Double Room with Side Sea View (bookable for ages 18+)

Family Junior Suite

Designed especially for families and also renovated, the Family Junior Suites are more spacious than the double rooms and can accommodate up to four people.
They feature two sleeping areas (1x double bed and 2 single beds) separated by a sliding door, as well as a high-quality bathroom with a bathtub including rain shower, WC, double sinks, branded toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes, and slippers.
Further amenities include individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safe, a 50" smart TV in the parent's sleeping area and a 43" smart TV in the children's area, telephone, a daily replenished coffee/tea station and espresso capsule machine, and a minibar with water, juices, and soft drinks (daily replenishment included).
All Family Junior Suites also have a furnished balcony with an inland view (FJ2) and can also be booked with a sea view (2FJ).

Breakfast is offered in the "Royal Olympic Restaurant" buffet restaurant from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
Live cooking stations and changing themed evenings provide culinary variety.
Lunch can also be enjoyed from April to October between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM at the "Rock n Roll Diner".
Additionally, and upon prior reservation, dinner can also be taken in the themed restaurants "Captain’s Deck," "Seven Orchids," and "Garibaldi Italian Restaurant" (Garibaldi usable for guests aged 18+!). All themed restaurants, except for the "Garibaldi Italian Restaurant," are open seasonally and subject to weather conditions. Using all themed restaurants requires a prior reservation.
Warm and cold snacks, drinks, ice cream, and frozen yogurt are available in the "Snackeria" from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as a generous selection of coffee specialties, wine, and cocktails, are included from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM at the respective open bar.
The minibar is filled upon arrival and is replenished daily.
For dinner, we kindly request appropriate attire (smart-casual).
Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Daily entertainment provided by the "Kanika All Stars Team" includes, in addition to family entertainment, evening events specifically designed for adults. Light entertainment at the adults-only "You & Me" bar and the "X'perience Arena" with state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, where entertaining family shows, disco nights, and Broadway-style musical shows take place, and where tribute bands and professional musicians perform. Entertainment for children and teenagers is provided in the supervised clubs (Teenz-Club).
