Location

This adults-only hotel (16+) is located directly on the beach in Kato Paphos.
The tourist center is approximately 1.5 km away, the Paphos fishing harbor is 2.5 km away, and the old town, with its unique flair and lifestyle, is about 4 km away. A local bus stop is located directly at the hotel.
The distance to Paphos Airport is approximately 15 km, while Larnaca Airport is about 140 km away (approx. 1.5-hour drive).

Facilities

The comfortable hotel, with a total of 208 rooms, features a lobby with 24-hour reception, a lounge and TV room, a professional bike storage room, a storage room for golf luggage, a mini-market, and an indoor pool (heated Nov–Apr) with a whirlpool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.
Dining options include the "Evelina Mediterranean" breakfast restaurant, the "Oasis" restaurant, the "Pygmalion" restaurant, the à-la-carte "Aphrodite" restaurant, and the "Olive Tree" restaurant (May–Oct), as well as a cocktail bar, a pool bar (May–Oct), and the "St. Andrews Rooftop" cocktail bar (May–Oct).
The large garden area contains three swimming pools with three whirlpools, a sun terrace, and a lawn. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge both at the pool and on the beach.

Double Room

These modern rooms feature premium wood-effect flooring and are equipped with king-size beds (double bed on request), bathroom with rain shower/WC, luxury toiletries, hairdryer, personal scale, vanity mirror, bathrobes and slippers, ironing station, air conditioning/heating (seasonal), safe, telephone, Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV and radio (including German channels), minibar (on request, for a fee), refrigerator, coffee/tea station (replenished daily), espresso machine (capsules provided on arrival, replenishment for a fee), USB charging port, and a balcony (D).
Upon arrival, fruit, wine, and water are provided in the room.
