Location

The modern Anemi Hotel & Suites is centrally located in the Kato Paphos area. The sandy beach, which has been awarded the "Blue Flag" (partially interspersed with rocks; bathing shoes are recommended), is accessible within approx. 300 m.
Numerous shops, restaurants, and historical sights are in the vicinity. The large pedestrian zone with further shopping and entertainment options can be reached after a 5-10 minute walk.
Paphos airport is approx. 23 km away, Larnaca airport approx. 120 km away.

Facilities

The family-run complex has a total of 112 rooms located on 3 floors in the main building (Block B) as well as another building with 40 premium suites with its own reception (Block A). Amenities in the main building include a reception area with a front desk and elevator, a wellness center with a fitness room, and a restaurant. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex.
Culinary options include the Elia main restaurant, the à la carte Nema restaurant serving Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, the Kipos Café on the roof terrace, and the Serene cocktail lounge.
The well-maintained outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool as well as a sun terrace and a shaded lounge with a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge at the pool, and for a fee at the beach. Pool towels are also provided free of charge.

Deluxe Studio

The Deluxe Studios offer modern amenities including a combined living/sleeping area, walk-in rainfall shower/WC with high-quality toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning/heating, telephone, safe, flatscreen satellite TV, USB charging ports, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea station (stocked upon arrival), a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, stovetop, microwave, utensils), and a balcony or terrace (DX2).
Optionally available for single occupancy (DX1).

Deluxe Suite 1 Bedroom

With otherwise the same amenities as the Deluxe Studios, these are more spacious and feature a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony or terrace (S2D).

Double Room Premium

The Double Room Premium offers a king-size bed or two single beds, walk-in shower/WC with toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning/heating, safe, Wi-Fi, telephone, smart satellite TV, USB charging port, coffee/tea station, Nespresso machine, spacious closets, and a furnished balcony (PDZ).
Optionally available for single occupancy (PEZ).

Executive Junior Suite

The Executive Suites are spacious, have a luxurious touch, and feature a large terrace as well as a king-size bed with high-quality bedding. Further amenities and comforts are identical to the Double Room Premium, however, they do not have a kitchenette (JS2).

When combining Larnaca Airport (LCA) with hotels in the Paphos region (PFO), the greater distance must be taken into account.
