Location

The family-friendly resort is situated on a hill directly by the sea, approx. 500 m from the sandy/pebble beach. Paphos with its fishing harbor, shopping facilities, restaurants and bars is about a 10-minute drive away. A local bus stop is nearby.
Paphos Airport is approximately 21 km away.

The modern complex, built in Cypriot style, has 232 rooms spread across several 2-story outbuildings. The main building houses the reception area with reception, elevator, satellite TV corner, Wi-Fi (included throughout the complex), main restaurant Akamas and à la carte restaurant Ambrosia, Dionysos Bar, minimarket and indoor pool (heated). The outdoor area features 2 swimming pools (1 of which is an activity pool) and a separate children's pool, sun terrace, and the Akti Pool Bar (open depending on weather). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are included by the pool.

The modernly furnished studios have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, a combined living/sleeping area, kitchenette (without cooking utensils) with a mini-fridge, air conditioning, seating area, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea station, safe, and a balcony or terrace (S12).
Also available for single occupancy (S11) or with a side sea view (M2S).

Apartments

The apartments, with otherwise the same high-quality furnishings as the studios, have a bathtub/WC and a separate bedroom (A12/A2I).
Also available with a side sea view (A1S) or with a direct sea view and a walk-in shower or bathtub (2AM).

Breakfast 7-10 am, lunch 12:30-2:30 pm, and dinner 7-9:30 pm, all served buffet-style in the Akamas Restaurant.
Snacks such as burgers, pizza, sandwiches, wraps, and salads are available from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm at the pool bar, and ice cream from 10 am to midnight.
Local alcoholic beverages (bottles not included) such as draft beer, house wine, brandy, liqueurs, rum, vodka, tequila, gin, and cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic drinks and coffee/tea, are included from 10 am to midnight at the open bar.

Arrival by car

After leaving the airport, continue on the highway in the direction of LIMASSOL/LEMESSOS. After about 6 km, you will reach a highway intersection where you will exit to the left. Then, continue following the signs for Limassol.
The A5 highway will then merge into the A1. Continue on this highway to Paphos (approx. 1-hour drive). The highway ends at a roundabout there.
At the roundabout, take the first exit and then turn left. Afterwards, follow the signs for Kato Paphos.
After about 2 km, you will reach a second roundabout. Choose the lane to continue straight ahead.
At the next (third) roundabout, choose the lane to turn right. Then, follow the signs for Coral Bay/Tombs of the Kings. Continue on a two-lane road.
After about 2 km, you will reach a large traffic light intersection. The turn-off to Pano Paphos is on the right, and to Kato Paphos is on the left. Cross the intersection straight ahead and continue in the direction of Coral Bay/Tombs of the Kings.
After a few meters, the road becomes single-lane. Continue to follow the road straight ahead until you see the restaurant "Pendaras" on your left after about 4 km. Immediately after the restaurant, turn left. Atlantica Akteon is already signposted there.
After about 100 m, you will find the main entrance to Atlantica Akteon and the hotel parking lot on your left.
