A bus stop is reachable in approx. 150 m.

The modern complex with 280 rooms features a lobby with a reception, a buffet restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant with an exclusive adults-only area, a bar, "Koi" bar (ages 18+, May-October), an internet corner, elevators, Wi-Fi in the lobby (free of charge), an indoor pool, and small shops. In the outdoor area, there are two large swimming pools (one of which is adults-only) with a sun terrace and a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pools and on the beach. Pool towels are available for a deposit.

The rooms are modernly furnished and offer a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, LCD satellite TV, mini-fridge, safe for rent, and a balcony (D).
Optionally bookable with sea view (DM) or for single occupancy with and without sea view (DE/DEM).

Double Room Deluxe

These are significantly more spacious than the double rooms and offer laminate or marble floors, bath/WC, bathrobes and slippers, sofa, coffee/tea station, and fruit and 1 bottle of wine in the room upon arrival (DD2).
Optionally bookable with sea view (DDM).

Double Room Superior Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and offer an additional sofa bed for a 3rd/4th person, toiletries, slippers, coffee/tea station, and sea view (DMU, from summer 2027).

Deluxe Suite Sea View Whirlpool

Featuring the same amenities as the double rooms, these additionally offer a whirlpool on the terrace and are more luxuriously furnished (2WT).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, schauinsland-reisen enforces a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.
