The first-class hotel is located close to the ancient city of Amathus ruins, with beautiful sea views. Two bays are directly in front of the hotel. There are also good public bus connections to the city of Limassol, 9 km away. Larnaca Airport is approximately 55 km away, and Paphos Airport is approximately 70 km away.

The hotel also offers a reception hall with a reception desk, lobby, and lobby bar, a spa, an indoor pool, a main restaurant "Kalypso," 3 à la carte restaurants, and 3 bars.
The outdoor area includes 3 pools, a children's pool, and an adults-only pool (saltwater with underwater music), a pool bar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

Junior Suite Private Pool

The modern yet cozy junior suites consist of a bedroom and a seating area leading to a private outdoor pool. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a double bed. The high-quality amenities also include a luxurious marble bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower, hairdryer, toiletries, and bathrobes, free Wi-Fi, telephone, LCD satellite TV, individual air conditioning/heating, safe, minibar, coffee/tea station, and sea view. The terrace offers a seating area, sun loungers, and a heated pool (ZJP/only until 2026-04-30).
Also bookable on the 1st floor with a furnished terrace and a lounger by the pool (ZZC).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons concerning children, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Arrival by car

After leaving the airport, follow the motorway towards Limassol/Lemessos. After about 6 kilometers, you will reach a motorway junction where you turn left and continue following the signs for Limassol. The motorway changes from the A5 to the A1.
Continue on the A1 motorway until exit 21. Leave the motorway and drive to the next traffic light intersection. Then, move to the right lane, and continue straight on the main road for about 2 kilometers. The Amathus hotel will be on your left.
