Location

The family-oriented resort is located directly on the natural coast of Latchi, where sea turtles return every summer to lay their eggs.
Latchi Marina is approx. 300 m away, and the town center with various shopping and entertainment facilities is approx. 4 km away.
Paphos Airport is approx. 55 km away, and Larnaca Airport is approx. 170 km away.

Facilities

The resort, scheduled to be newly built by summer 2026, features 240 rooms spread across 11 buildings named after figures from Greek mythology. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception and lounge, a mini-market and souvenir shop, an arcade room, and 5 restaurants and 2 bars. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property.
The spacious outdoor area includes a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as the resort's own nature park with a botanical garden, a small animal farm, and two ponds with koi and sea turtles.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the hotel's own beach section with refreshment service.

Junior Suite

The elegant Junior Suites feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, ironing station, air conditioning/heating (seasonal), Wi-Fi, telephone (for a fee), safe, smart satellite TV, mini-fridge/minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea station and espresso machine (refilled daily), and a balcony or terrace with garden view (J2S).
Also available with pool view (J2P) or sea view (J2M) at a surcharge.

Junior Suite Swim Up

These suites offer direct access to a shared pool (SUJ, with garden view) and have the same amenities as the Junior Suites.

The GAIA buffet restaurant with outdoor seating serves breakfast from 7-10 am, lunch from 12:30-2:30 pm, and dinner from 6:30-10 pm (with a special family time until 7:30 pm) featuring theme nights.
Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed at the "ORO Italian Restaurant" or "NAMI Asian Restaurant" (each with a 5-course à la carte menu; 7-9:30 pm, once per week with a minimum stay of 3 nights; reservation required).
Snacks are available during the day from 10:30 am-5:30 pm at the "ORO Italian Restaurant" with pizza, pasta, and salads. At "NALU Bites", snacks and daily specials are served from 10:30 am-6:30 pm, along with homemade ice cream, soft-serve ice cream, milkshakes, and from 3-5 pm, the "Sweet bite of the Day" (e.g., honey balls, churros, crepes, waffles).
Late-night snacks are available at the GAIA buffet restaurant from 10 pm-midnight.
Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (such as soft drinks, beer, wine, cocktails, and long drinks) are served from 10 am-7 pm at the "NALU Bites" pool bar and from 10 am-midnight at the "ZEPHYR" pool bar. Additionally, hot and cold coffee specialties are available at the "ZEPHYR" pool bar from 8 am-6:30 pm.
The opening hours of all outdoor restaurant and bar areas are weather-dependent.
